Title: 5 stars!!!!!!! Fantastic hearing aids!
Review: I purchased these hearing aids for my 78 yr old father. My father had suffered from hearing loss for some time. After doing some research, I found this particular hearing aid and decided to give it a try. the cost was very reasonable, $150. My father was really happy when he received it and started using it immediately. He found it to be very lightweight and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. The instructions were clear, we turned them on, my pop put one in his ear (the bad ear) we followed the instructions on the mode and the vol. control and OMG, I wish I would have videoed my dads face <3 He could not believe it, he was stunned and over the moon happy. He kept calling all the CNAs in to tell them he could hear now!! These hearing aids are a game changer for sure!!! for $150 you can't beat it.Reviewer: Lisa

Title: Great Product
Review: Excellent HearingI needed a high-quality hearing aid that was easy to use and sounded reliable. This hearing aid delivered on both counts. I’ve tried a few hearing aids over the years, but this one truly stands out. The sound quality is crisp and natural, background noise is reduced without making everything sound muffled, and the fit is comfortable enough to wear all day. Setup was simple, and the battery life easily lasts me through long days. I also appreciate the discreet design — most people don’t even notice I’m wearing it. It’s made conversations, TV watching, and everyday life so much clearer and more enjoyable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable hearing aid this year.

Title: Very cost effective, rechargeable OTC Hearing Aids
Review: I am pleasantly surprised with the performance of these devices. They are slightly larger than I was expecting, but they are acceptable. The amplification range is very large. In fact, they were too loud at the nominal setting, but it is adjustable. The “charging” base was a surprise to me. I did not realize that it contained a battery capable of recharging the two aids for several days without needing external power. This is a real bonus to me.I have several issues that contributed to my 4-star rating. The first is the instruction manual deficiencies. It is poorly worded, which I usually try to overlook, but in the case of a medical device, I expect more effort from the manufacturer to proofread the text. It is confusing at times.More importantly, the manual lacks a clear description of the three modes that aids are capable of supporting. There needs to be a more detailed description of the three modes and their proper usage. I am trying to experiment with them, but it is unclear how they are intended to work. These issues are not deal-breakers, and I believe I will derive practical benefits from these aids.

Title: GEZA
Review: I like the METIKO hearing aidsIt fits good and feels secure behind my ear. They’re so lightweight that I can wear them all day long without even feeling them. I mean, I barely even know they’re there! It is not whistling. I believe that it is easy to adjust. So far, so good! I like the size. Many hearing aids are big and clumsy. Or they stick out of your ear too much and get knocked out when I reach to adjust my hair.

Title: Hard to setup need much better instructions
Review: Decided to give these a try for when my dad is visiting and always claims he can’t hear me. He’s been reluctant to try hearing aids so I thought if these worked they might demonstrate the benefit. The problem is the instructions. They are incredibly poor and not easy to follow. With a device like these there needs to be really clear and easy to follow instructions and unfortunately that’s not the case.He said they were comfortable but couldn’t really tell if they worked well and got frustrated during the setup. The value for the money is questionable.

Title: METIKO Rechargeable Hearing Aids for Seniors, Latest 16-Channel Digital RIC OTC Hearing Aid
Review: They are a simple, non-Bluetooth, over the counter hearing aid. They are quite easy to hide, and “Nearly Invisible Design” as claimed in the product description. For the price, they are easily recommended for those who cannot afford prescription hearing aids. Feedback is easily controlled by finding the right size plug and proper placement into the ear canal; sometimes you have to massage the plug into the canal. I had to keep mine at the lowest volume setting to stop the feedback, but I work in an office with central air, a ceiling fan, three computers and loud traffic just outside my window. The issues I have with these are related to how to make them better, which would raise the price for each upgraded point. That being said, the first upgrade point I’d like to see is an adjustable, retractable, sound tube; that’s the tube that goes around the ear helix and into the ear canal. Next, I’d would like to have these with Bluetooth compatibility, with a program that would allow me to make sound adjustments via the program/app. A small remote would be nice, too, but that would require Bluetooth. And finally, the charging case is quite bulky. A smaller case is more ideal for carrying in your pocket. This one comes with the ability to charge your earplugs three times, which is not really necessary. The earplugs claim a 20-hour use time, that gives you enough time to travel around the world. A single re-charge ability would allow for the travel case to be much smaller. The thing about hearing loss is loss of certain frequencies. For instance, dock workers or combat veterans on the receiving end of artillery can lose low sounds, like booming and thumping sounds, whereas hunters, or artillery gunners on the firing end will lose sharp or high sounds. An OTC hearing aid just amplifies all sound. But prescription hearing aids allow the doctor to give you certain frequencies your trauma has lost. A simple OTC hearing aid with an app and Bluetooth would allow the user to amplify just what they need. And a set of OTC hearing aids like this can easily hold programming for a Bluetooth app. It will add to the price, but not enough to compare to prescription hearing aids; which, like all pharmaceutical-grade products, carry a massively exaggerated price, for the corporations that hide behind their products. I think by now it’s pretty obvious, Americans are sick of massively exaggerated prices coming from the big pharmaceutical companies, who inflate prices to stick it to the insurance companies. OTC products circumvent insurance companies; therefore, the price should be vastly lower and more realistic. As is, these a great for the price. With some extras, these would be great at a slightly higher price.
