Title: Useful hearing aids
Review: I picked these up for my dad, who has moderate hearing loss, and he’s been able to follow conversations much better since using them. The fit is light and comfortable, and having different earbud sizes made it easy to get something that sits snug without irritation. The charging base is simple to use and the digital display is handy so he always knows the battery level. Noise reduction works decently in quiet and indoor settings, though in really crowded places it still picks up some background chatter. Overall, they’re not perfect, but for the price they’ve been a solid improvement in his hearing

Title: They work!
Review: I ordered these OTC hearing aids for my elderly father who complains all the time that people are “mumbling” and he can’t understand what they’re saying, but refuses to admit he needs hearing aids. Of course, he refused to try them, but I got them out of the box when I came to visit and set them up and tried them myself and they are great!I was honestly shocked by how much I could hear — it was like I had super hearing! I could hear a door opening from the other end of the house like someone was right beside me! It was a bit disconcerting at first, but I noticed after awhile my brain got better at deciding what to listen to and what to ignore. Small noises seemed too loud at first, but after like 10 minutes they became less noticeable. The biggest adjustment was realizing that the direction of noises will no longer be accurate — you hear everything like it is right behind or beside you depending on which earpiece picks up the noise.I made such a fuss about how cool and weird it was that my dad finally tried them and also began to hear everything. For the first time in years, he asked someone why they were talking so loudly and could easily understand low volume speech from across the room. He didn’t wear them for long because he actually got annoyed by hearing everything — he was so used to not being able to hear small sounds that it annoyed him. But at least we know they do work!They come charged out of the box, which was nice, and charging them works just like wireless earbuds. It does matter that you put the red one in the right ear and the blue one in the left ear because the wires are designed to turn a specific way and we were having trouble getting them to fit properly when we accidentally were trying to put them in the wrong ears. But if you put each one int he correct ear, then the wire length is perfect, and they have different size earbuds so you can pick the one that fits your canal the best.My only complaint is how the volume works — the button is easy to use while wearing, but you have to cycle through all four volumes before you can get back down to the lowest volume. This is uncomfortable if you want to try turning up the volume one level, realize it’s too loud, then need to cycle through even louder volumes in order to get back down to a quieter one. This also would be uncomfortable when going into noisy places, as you can’t easily reduce the volume quickly.

Title: easy handling
Review: One of the most successful aspects of this hearing aid is that it hides complex technology behind minimalist operation. This is crucial for older people who are not good at using electronics. It has only one physical button, a long press to switch on and off, and a short press to adjust the volume, making the logic clear at a glance. Putting in and taking out the charging compartment is also designed to be very intuitive, and without any instruction manual, seniors can learn to use it independently in a few minutes.

Title: Better than a pricier OTC
Review: I wanted to give these a fair trial before writing a review. I ended up needing the smallest of the ear pieces. I ended up with the lowest volume. I have had pricey hearing aids and they worked great without squelch but they used tiny batteries that needed changing every 4 or 5 days. These are charged with a typical C cord which is nice.HOWEVER these are not in the same league as the very pricey aids that are fitted to an individuals hearing difficulties.These as OTCs are certainly worth the price for those who have hearing loss but can’t afford over $2,000 (usually well over). I don’t understand why health insurance won’t cover these but there you go. Thankfully OTCs are legal and available now.I do get squelch. Heavens, don’t turn it up to the highest volume unless you are prepared because your ears might ring for a while. Ouch. Still things sound a bit tinny. I can’t hear my breathing with the correct ear piece in. I won’t wear them in a crowded room but I think these will be fine for watching TV or small gatherings.For the price they are a good value. They are easy to use since you turn them on, press the tiny volume control (careful there) and voila.

Review: Really happy with these hearing aids. The battery life is impressive. I can go all day without worrying about them dying. Sound quality is clear and the noise reduction actually works well in noisy places.They’re comfortabl to wear.Totally recommend for the given price
