Title: Great sound quality. Go to the YT video comments for the pairing directions
Review: 1. Pairing. The manual is hard to follow. Read the comments in the product’s YouTube video for easier pairing instructions.2. Sound quality is really good, on par with devices that cost 2x to 5x. The only downside so far is that a few environment sounds (e.g., barking dogs) are loud and sound closer to you than they are.3. Earphones. As everyone’s noted, the ones in the set are not great. The same brand sells better ones, get those, they’re worth the investment.4. The radios lose their pairing if one or more of the radios off or on in the wrong order. Plan to re-pair before your first game of the day.

Title: Works as expected
Review: Prior reviews about instructions are correct…might as trash the manual. Once you watch videos about how to sink them they work great.It would be great to not have to sync them everytime you turn them on bit that’s a minor issue.For the price compared to other 4 way headsets I’m very pleased.

Title: Great item has a couple of short comings
Review: Great item when you get them to work.Headsets are adequate-will definitely upgrade them for next season- spend that kind of money and get that was underwhelming. But, they do work and do the job. Just takes adjusting during the game, which is somewhat inconvenient/annoying.Once the charge is finished, syncing the units is well…no other word for it… a pain in the ass. Instructions are useless…video’s do not work. Musical buttons until you get the right combination and presto! Works like a champ!!!!AND IT WORKS LIKE A CHAMP!!!!!!! LOVE IT ONCE IT WORKS… BEST COMMO SET I HAVE EVER USED.I only use three. Would love to figure out how to synchronize 4 or 5 for my football crew. (Currently only use 3 for lacrosse)Fix the programming issue, put out some solid headsets I would put 5 stars on these all day……

Title: Absolutely love them
Review: Following the clear steps for pairing, they are very easy to pair. The sound quality is excellent, and I have only used them about 10 times, but I do believe they correctly reduce the volume of a fox40 whistle frequency, which is a nice feature. I have used them all for soccer, and almost always with someone who have never used them before, and they all were very pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to use. The over the ear holder prevents them from falling out while running. Definitely a must have for outdoor sports officials. You never realized how helpful it is to communicate across the field with your partner without having to yell. Also this set is an outstanding value, superior performance, and having 4 makes it more convenient when you use them in pairs, you always have fully charged backups!

Title: Pairing seems impossible
Review: I got this brand as another Referee had a three person set at a recent playoff game. They really made a positive difference.But pairing these headsets is proving impossible. I’ve watched every you tube video and turned to Amazon for help.I will try and pair again, but suspect these will have to be returned as failures.

Title: Great idea – Horrible implementation!
Review: We’re looking for open mic headsets and decided to give these a try despite the mixed reviews.I guess, if you get lucky, they might work. I tried the documentation and found that it was not accurate. I watched a dozen videos and they each suggested slightly different pairing methods. A to A, A to B. It’s not clear why there are multiple channels on each unit.I tried for several hours – once, I got all 4 to work. After powering off and back on, only a few would work.I give up! They are going back. :=( Unfortunately, we will now spend twice as much.

Title: Watch the U Tube video
Review: Was difficult to link up, but once it’s done works great. A bit of static occasionally, but doesn’t prevent communication. Used these linked to 4 coms, for 7, 70 minute games in a row, batteries held very well.Case is solid and mics held up well. Used a lot this season in 2,3 and 4 come sets. Would have given a 5 if the linking the units was easier. Seriously, watch the video several times. Then try to link them. Broken down, mark units 1-4, link 1 to 2 on A, link 3 to 4 on A, then pick one from each pair and link on B. When turning them on to use, set up A first, turnn on both A’s and push one A button they will link, then turn other set on A, same way. The push B on one of the pair linked together, and they should link and you should hear on all 4 units.
