Review: I purchased this for my mom whom is hard of hearing and can’t remember phone numbers. The great additive this phone brings is the extra loud ringer, the button to increase volume so she can hear better, the speaker button that allows her to go hands-free and talk and the preset buttons for phone numbers. We put all of the phone numbers of the people she calls and doctors, pharmacy, restaurants, and where I work in case of an emergency. It has worked wonders for her. Lovin this phone…thank you Reizen and Amazon!!!

Title: Do not recommend this phone.
Review: This phone quit working after two and a half weeks. When receiving a call, you could not hear with the handset. Multiple attempts at troubleshooting did not work. This phone was a gift for my mother with dementia. When I tried to return it, it was one day past the window of return. I now have an expensive paperweight. I would not recommend this product at all.
