Title: got mom a call button and now i’m on duty like 24/7 -__-
Review: plugged the little speaker thing into the hallway outlet and stuck two or three of the buttons around the house one by the bed and one in the kitchen. pairing was kinda trial‑and‑error. she hits the circle button and i get a chirp loud enough to hear over netflix. The range says eight hundred something feet, no idea if that’s a real thing but it reaches the back porch at the least, so pretty farmost of the ringer choices are pretty wild. we settled on the little chime so it does not scare the cat. volume at level three feels perfect loud yet not blaring. plastic feels cheapish though i wrapped the lanyard around one because it kept sliding off the nightstand. Comes with the sticker things too. still beats her yelling up the stairs every time I’m needed.overall pretty slick little pager system. took a few minutes to tinker with the settings, wish that was more simple and intuitive but it works. Expect some tinkering and you’ll figure it out

Title: I don’t know how I did home care without these call buttons before.
Review: This nurse call system is really versatile, I am using it for home care and I have them set up around the house. 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the bedroom, 1each in the living and dining room, 1in the kitchen and she wears one. And I have different ring tones set for each button, so If she uses one I know exactly where she is (except if its the one she wears) it gives my mother the comfort of knowing that is she has an issue that she will be able to call me, and I have the peace of mind.

Title: Wireless pager device – Expandable – No product support
Review: The Retekess TH109 is comprised of a base station and one or more on-person paging devices. The person in need carries the paging device, which alerts the caregiver who is a distance away. I use it in a house and the signal travel distance is about 100 ft. It has worked flawlessly.But the Retekess product is not without its issues. I had difficulty pairing the send and receive components. The instruction manual is horrible, as you must pore through pages to find the instructions you need. The instruction videos are just as bad. They blare alarm sounds one after another and provide no help. To top it all off, Retekess’s product support is non-existent. They have e-mail support: if you write to them, the e-mail bounces back as undeliverable. They also have a tech service phone number. Call them…and nobody answers!I exchanged my first unit with a replacement and I was able to pair the base station to the paging device. The pairing process provides no feedback as to the process. It is like watching Pandas mate. You don’t know what is going on.I know if I have an issue with my product, I am up the river without a paddle. Therefore the Retekess gets a C+ rating.

Title: Super easy to set up and pair, really decent distance
Review: These were really easy to setup and pair, each of the 6 call buttons can be attached to 1 of 6 numbers on the base unit, I really like that each of the call buttons can have a different sound, so if you are unable to see the unit for example, you may recognize the tone that each of the 6 make. So when the call button is pressed in the kitchen or the bathroom, you would know where its coming from before seeing the base unit telling you which one was pressed. The distance is really nice, I am able to have the base out in the garage for example, and all the remote call buttons in the house, reach it without an issue, no delays or misses. This is important if someone is in the house, and in the garage, if a fall happens, the button can be pressed and you are notified right away! This is a great product and will help when or if a response is needed in a time of urgency.This can of course be used for other things as well, but the most important aspect to be is a quick notification when a person is needed quickly!

Title: Perfect paging system !
Review: Retekess TH109S is a high quality wireless paging system.Has a base unit with a clip and 2 call buttons. Each had included lanyards.Its rechargeable light weight base unit with a cool interface with blue mood lighting . When low power I think color changes but also makes a pretty noticeable sound.Configuration was not very intuitive but not hard at all if you read instructions.Allows selection between 18 ringtones and 5 volume levels. Per spec Pager range 850ft good for any home.I set my call button to stations 1 and 2. Just press the button and station number beeps. Thats it. !You can set upto 99 call buttons. Perfect paging system for home or commercial , its a must if you are are a caregiver.

Title: Don’t be overwhelmed by all the parts.
Review: I first get this, there were so many components that I was tempted to throw up my hands and not even try to figure out how the system work. If you have the same first impulse, fight it. A quick read of the instructions makes everything easy and you end up with a surprisingly affordable, whole house system with enough range to easily cover an average living space. The different sound tones are helpful and so far so good on the quality of the components. If you are a home caretaker for a loved one, every little thing that can make your life easier is a godsend (and god bless you for what you do; you are an angel on earth.)

Title: A loud and effective system, but button and battery design are not very good
Review: This caregiver call system is simple to set up and use. The instructions are clear, and getting everything ready doesn’t take much time.The pager can be very loud, so it cannot be easily missed. This is great if you need to hear it from another room!Changing the battery in the panic button is tricky. The screws that hold the battery compartment are hidden under a sticker with all the product details. To replace the battery, you have to remove the sticker first, which isn’t very obvious.Pressing the panic button might be tough for older adults or people who have trouble with small movements. The button doesn’t stick out much, so pressing it takes more precision. If it were more raised, it would make it easier to use.Even with these small issues, the system is well-made and does its job. It gives people a way to call for help quickly, making it a useful tool for caregivers and those who need assistance. I put a call button in each room just in case they are not carrying the panic button on them.
