Title: Nice product. Remote not working. Bad instructions
Review: I like these a lot. They are nice and easy to install but Iโve only had a couple of weeks max and am contemplating sending them back because the remote isnโt working already. I will have to press and press the buttons and it will suddenly randomly start working somewhat then stopped. It worked fine in the beginning. There werenโt any instructions with it for troubleshooting. Only mounting instructions

Title: Remote stopped working
Review: Just after a few weeks the remote stopped working. We had already installed cable hiders for a clean install and the manual control was already inside the cable hider when we discovered this, so now we have to have the bales exposed and turn in and off manually. Very inconvenient.

Review: The lights are very cool but Iโm not impressed with the remote. Sometimes itโs very unresponsive even when right next to the light.Edited to add later: Now the remote has stopped responding altogether. It still lights up so it still has battery but it does nothing to the lights.

Review: These lights forsure have a ton of potential, unfortunately the 2 i recieved today the lights bars are loose on the one and needed to do some work on it to get it stable, the lighting is amazing on it, but the second light is flickering, i tried to reach out for support but Amazon is only giving me a return option which I do not want to do, I want to speak with the seller to see if theres some troubleshooting i could do or replacement parts because I already secured the mounts on my wall..

Review: Absolute garbage,I unfortunately installed them before I found out one light was defective โฆone light works and the other does not.I contacted the manufacturer and they sent a replacement.. one of the replacement lights doesnโt work.Update: I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me another set of lights.. and sure enough one of them was defectiveโฆwhat a joke!So I do have 2 functional lights now although they donโt respond well to the remote control at all.. Iโm keeping them only because I have holes drilled in my walls for the brackets.Also the plugs on the defective ones get super hot when plugged inโฆJust avoid this cheap garbage product and get some Govee brand lights instead.The problem is the detachable AC adaptors, the defective ones get quite hot just from being plugged in.So I do have 2 โworkingโ lights now, they donโt respond well to the remote though, have to press the buttons multiple times to turn them on or off or change colors.Iโm keeping them because I now have holes in my walls from the brackets and donโt feel like repairing them..I would advise anyone to not buy these cheap peices of crap. Get some govee lights instead.
