Title: Does What it Says it Will Do
Review: I got mine today, and tried it out. It is very good, and it came well packaged. I would make some suggestions. Depending on what kind of sock you are using can make it easier or hard to put it on the plastic holder. I struggled with it, and I’m no weakling. The sock goes on well, but for longer socks, it leaves a bunch at the top, which you must reach down and straighten up or fold it over, unless you don’t care about that. To avoid this issue, I suggest using socks that are ankle socks, or to be able to bend over and fiddle with the wrinkles. If you can’t, I think long handled tongs could reach. Or you could go back in time and wear some slouch socks. Remember those? If you have trouble with your hands, use the softer, stretch socks. With practice, it should get easier.

Title: Gave me back some independence
Review: Because of back problems, I’ve been unable to wear socks for years. This little device has changed my life. RMS deluxe sock aid is genius! It takes me no time and less effort to put my socks on each day. Long socks, short socks, yes even little anklet socks slide on so easily. I have even use it to put on my knee length compression stockings. They take a little more care, but once I got the hang of it, it was a breeze. I’ve been using the sock helper since September and still, every morning, I marvel at how this device, so thoughtfully made, has changed my life and given me back some independence. It’s the little things…

Title: Great sock aid. But it now.
Review: I can barely reach my feet to put on socks. In addition, I just had hip replacement surgery, so I was told to get one of these to help put socks on. After like 2 tries, I am an expert. This thing is amazing and so simple to use. It puts my socks on every time. It works BEST with longer socks. When I wear my below the ankle socks, the socks still gets put on, but I can’t pull it tight because I’m not supposed to be touching my heel/toe on my surgery side. If you can reach that far, even those tiny socks will work great for you.If you struggle to put on socks, at all, buy this thing. I wish I had done it much sooner.

Title: Simple, life-changing independence tool for daily comfort
Review: Simple, life-changing independence tool for daily comfortThe RMS Deluxe Sock Aid is one of those humble gadgets that quietly changes your life if bending down has become a challenge. It’s remarkably easy to use—just slide your sock over the flexible plastic shell, drop it to the floor, slip your foot in, and pull the soft foam handles. The sock slides on smoothly, and for many users recovering from hip or knee surgery—or simply dealing with arthritis or back pain—it restores a sense of independence that’s hard to put a price on.The contoured shell has just enough flex to handle most regular socks (athletic, ankle, or dress), and the foam-lined grips make pulling comfortable even for weak or arthritic hands. The adjustable ropes are a thoughtful touch, letting taller or shorter users customize the reach. The slip-resistant pad inside keeps the sock from slipping off mid-pull, which helps reduce frustration. However, it’s not perfect. The plastic shell can crack with time, especially if used daily or with thick socks. It’s also too narrow for very wide feet or heavy compression stockings (which it isn’t designed for). Still, most users find the trade-off more than worth it for the convenience and freedom it provides.Bottom line: a simple, affordable, and surprisingly durable aid that makes getting dressed painless again. Ideal for seniors, post-surgery recovery, or anyone with limited mobility who wants to start their day without a struggle.

Title: Highly Functional
Review: This is genius! My 99 year old father-in-law had trouble bending over far enough to put on his socks so I purchased this for him. Of course it was met with skepticism (his natural reaction to most everything) but after I showed him how it worked, he was delighted and was able to put on his own socks for the first time in years. Basically you put your sock over the hard plastic mold, slide your foot in and pull the rope. The sock slides right on. The trick is to get as much of the sock as possible threaded onto the plastic device.

Title: Excellent quality, Exactly as advertised, Performs as needed.
Review: This product is excellent, and I very highly recommend it to anyone having issues with putting stockings on their feet. It works exactly as advertised. It is made of sturdy materials and is very easy to use. With medical restrictions that make it difficult to bend or twist my leg, I was struggling with socks. Reaching to put them on has become a challenge, so when I saw this product i was hopeful. For the first time I am able to put socks on with ease and without pain. High quality, easy to use, performs exactly as needed. Made my life so much easier, and I no longer have to ask for help putting on stockings. Seems a small thing; but this is huge in making me feel independent.

Title: Works perfectly and has given me some independence back!
Review: After a back injury, I could NOT get my sock on my left foot. Right foot was fine, but the left foot I just couldn’t and would have to rely on my wife or not wear socks at all. Now I can FINALLY get my sock on without any help! I was skeptical when I first got it as the “non slip pad” didn’t look like it’d keep the sock in place but it did.If you have trouble putting socks on, I can honestly recommend this. You just put the sock over the plastic part, slip your foot in and pull up with the handles. I did find that there was a small technique to getting my sock perfect on my foot. When I slide it over my heel, I kinda push my foot down and let the “Deluxe Sock Aid” pull the back up if that makes sense.Seriously, for this price it is a real bargain. And it gives you a sense of freedom not having to be reliant on anyone else. It’s lightweight too, so packing it for a trip will be no problem.

Review: Works gets your toes right into the end of your sock. Can’t wait to see how it works on my compression socks. Why wait be right back. Well ok then, so pretty hard to load cause socks are so tight. However I figured out that if you pinch the sides and pull down, works pretty good. I just put a sock on and toes were in perfect and it took sock about halfway to knee. Then just used hands and pulled up rest of the way. Worked great. I believe these socks are a 15 in tightness. On a 25 or so you would likely have to oil up your foot to get it to slide through the plastic. It was kinda tight with 15 compression. But regular socks this unit works really good. I don’t own ankle socks or sockets to test. Well I have sockets but they undue nuts. Anyway if you have bad hips or big guts I have both and putting on socks hurts the hip and knee. Ok update I just put on the other compression sock and what I said about pintch the sides.WRONG squeeze it a bit and slide the sock down easy peasy. Now the instructions say sit in a sturdy chair and your feet flat on the ground. Well I am not going to kitchen to put socks on,I am using a lazy boy recliner rocker. And I have no problem what so ever. My daughter will be really happy I have this cause after using big chainsaw for a day my hip has been sore for 3 weeks it is getting better but older ya get longer to heal. And she has been helping with socks. Mind you tonight will be the first time in 3 or 4 weeks since I wore compression socks as she could not get them on me. So if you can’t bend over very well to put on socks this is a true game changer. As a matter a fact I am going to purchase another one for a fellow millwright at work that can’t touch his toes and does not wear socks because of it.
