It runs for about 2 plus hours on a full charge, and even with my fairly large home, itâs able to get the job done in one go. If it ever needs more power, it finds its way back to the dock and charges itself without me having to lift a finger.The biggest surprise for me was how quiet it is while cleaning. It runs at a gentle hum that doesnât bother me at all. I can run it while working from home or watching TV without any interruptions.I had to clean up all the floor stuffs and cords so that it won’t get caught up in the middle of its cleaning. It is one of the quietest I’ve had, and the laser technology on it is very precise. In the past I had some that would just slam into furniture, scuff baseboards etc., but this one doesn’t. We have a super shedding dog and this picks up his hair quickly and leaves none behind. I especially love the multiple options available for use. It includes a remote and an app to use with your phone, so this is very user friendly. The dust bin is located beneath the top of the vac, and conveniently has a space for the cleaning brush right next to it, so there’s no searching around for it when it’s time to clean the bin. The mop feature is great for quick clean ups, and with two small children this will come in very handy. And I am thrilled I did. This vacuum is amazing. First off it has powerful suction. The normal setting will more than handle most clean-up scenarios. But if you need a little extra power, it has a strong setting that will pick up just about anything on the floor. And for light cleaning, it has a quiet mode that will handle that, too. Another great feature is that once your cleaning is finished, it will automatically return to the power charger to recharge. Besides being a powerful vacuum, it’s also very smart, too. And it also has a wet cleaning feature that will allow you to wash your floor, too. I haven’t used that feature yet, but if it works as well as the vacuum does, it certainly is a plus. All in all, well worth the money. The only downside to it, if you can call it that, is the dust chamber. It is somewhat small, but no problem at all, as it’s very easy and fast to empty it and continue. For the money, I’d say this is a win-win scenario. If you’ve been thinking about buying one of these self-cleaning vacuums, for the money, you can’t go wrong with this one. You’ll be glad you got one, trust me. And the customer service is outstanding also. I just downloaded the HoneySmart app and added my vacuum to it in a matter of minutes.The app has lots of cool features. I can change the suction level (4 levels!), the water level (3 levels), and even schedule it to run at times that work for me.The vacuum is really smart. It avoids everything on the floor and goes back to the charging station when itâs low on battery.Overall, itâs a great robotic vacuum cleaner. To my relief this vacuum handles the stairs perfectly. It stops at the stairs, turns around, and gets back to cleaning.The suction power on this is really nice as well. Multiple settings for when you want it to be a little quiet, but a powerful mode when you want things to look really nice. The navigation on it leaves beautiful stripes, rather than a random zigzag pattern everywhere.Another unexpected feature was how compact the design is. The charging base has a small footprint, and the whole unit is compact even when charging.
