Review: I use this for everything from working on my hobbies to doing fine repairs on tiny projects. The lenses and dual lights really make it much easier to get the task done correctly.Great performance for the price. Title: Magnifies but Too Small
Review: Comes in a nice pouch, has a light (actually 2 small LED lights), and magnifies like it states and has a clear view lens. However, it’s too small for me. I have to squint to focus on the small round lens. This unit would certainly work for someone studying insects (that were not moving around) or other very small specific items. I tried to use it for small lines of print and for checking a few computer components, but a larger magnifier is much better for these instances. Although it’s battery-intensive (requires 2 AAA batteries that are not included), it’s pocket portable and appears durable. It could fit someone’s specific needs. I did not return the unit and tried to give it away to several different family members and friends. No one wanted it. It’s currently in my junk drawer where I have extra screws, pins, twist-ties, screwdrivers, and a small plastic magnifier that an insurance guy was giving out for free a few years ago (his free magnifier had a blurry lens).

Title: Not so good as anticipated
Review: This magnifier has a very tiny window of vision, much smaller than anticipated even though One is told of the size. In addition to that, it is extremely difficult to install the batteries that are needed for the light. So far I have spent an hour trying to do it without success they keep popping out. I am at the point where I am contemplating returning the device because I’m not sure it will be useful to me. I had hoped this was something I could carry in a handbag and take to a restaurant where it would facilitate reading a menu.The viewer is so tiny. It would take me all night and I would do better with a large larger handbag to carry a larger magnifier, which would not embarrass me at all. This looks like something you would use to pinpoint, and I repeat pinpoint an area you want to read because it is so tiny.Be warned and spend your money on something larger and more useful.
