Title: Very Good Quality! You won’t be disappointed.
Review: This is a fantastic purchase. I wasn’t sure whether the overall sound would be that great, but it turns out to be exceptional!! Our tiny log home as an open loft bedroom just above our living room. When my husband goes to bed, I sometimes stay up later to wind down, but don’t want to disturb his sleep by watching TV! We have an old RCA earphone/audio t.v. headset (double AA battery) but the sound is lousy, echoes, has a delay and is scratchy because the reception is poor. Never mind the hard plastic head set is uncomfortable on my ears… so I would rather not watch TV at all. —Which makes it difficult trying to find something quiet and relaxing to do besides reading or being on the computer.However his TV wireless padded headphone set is AWESOME. The functions on the headset are easy to understand and operate. The transmitter base connects to the optical output port of the TV (we use a 50 inch TCL Roku) via the digital optical cable that is also connected to the input port of the transmitter (the very stand that the headphones sit in). The stand is plugged in to a USB wall charger so It automatically recharges the headset once it has been used which is so nice! Providing a wireless connection freshly and fully charged between uses! No more worries of dying or changing out expensive batteries.Be sure to turn down the sound volume all the way to ‘1’ on the TV’s lowest setting before placing the headset on; and even then, I still had to lower the headphone’s adjustable volume down even lower! The reception and the sound is absolutely terrific. No delays, no crackles. The headset fits most comfortable so much so, that I even fell asleep with them on, waking up without having any discomfort at all.I appreciate the quick connection guide, as well as having the four connector cable options all included in the purchase (3.5 audio cable, USB-C digital cable, optical cable, RCA audio convert cable). The entire set-up took less than five minutes! I’d purchase this exact item again hands down. It’s value far exceeds my skeptical expectations initially. I’m still overjoyed!(Even the packaging was very nice! A very nice gift idea).This headset makes my home so much more enjoyable!! Thank you.

Review: TV’s are all different and can be Very challenging when setting up a set of headphones ! This product includes everything you need . . . no need to buy extra wires and power supplies . The instructions are well written and easy to read . The trouble shooting section helps you to avoid countless frustration . These headphones are excellent quality and sound great ! They are Super easy to use ! The Best set of headphones i have ever owned . You do get what you pay for with these headphones . Buy your Best set of headphone First ! Title: Perfect headset for mom!
Review: My mom is against ear pods type things… does not like wires either! She still mows the lawn so these also help with noise reduction! Loves the range on these things, too, she can leave her phone out of her pocket, mow lawn and it reaches perfectly. Not too heavy either. Sound is good and connects with Bluetooth easily.

Title: Unreliable product, unresponsive warranty support
Review: I bought multiple sets of this product for my home theater. Initially everything seemed to work but then later headphones would disconnect from the transmitter intermittently and transmitter need power recycling. I registered for their lifetime warranty support and they promised a replacement but it has been 3 weeks their support is unresponsive even after many emails. I am out of Amazon return period. At this point, I am out of options and contacting my credit card company. I will not recommend this product. Look for better options and more customer friendly company.
