Can It Lower TDS Levels and Reduce Hardness?

In hard water, the majority of Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) primarily consist of minerals such as calcium (Ca2+), magnesium (Mg2+), sodium (Na+), potassium (K+), and others. Substances like chlorine, chloramines, organic compounds, nitrites, and other pollutants do not affect TDS and hardness levels.

Up to this point, only filters that employ technologies like reverse osmosis and ion exchange, such as water softeners and water pitchers, can effectively remove these minerals and significantly decrease TDS and hardness levels. However, it's important to note that these options are often very large in size or have a extremely slow flow rate. Currently, there are no standard-sized filters available on the market that can maintain an ideal flow rate while also eliminating calcium and magnesium ions.

Please be aware that it does not reduce TDS values or hardness, but it effectively eliminates contaminonts like chlorine, sediments, heavy metals, bad taste, odors, and more.
