Title: This is JUNK. The instruction booklet is practically useless. DON’T BUY.
Review: I’ve been an Amazon customer for twenty-five years, and most purchases have been very satisfactory. However, this phone is the worst thing I’ve ever bought from Amazon. Talk about false advertising! I’m 64 years old now, but my vision is good. The instruction booklet is 64 pages long and is 1/4 the size of a regular page, with print size like the back of an aspirin bottle. Even with a magnifier, this is hard to read. No table of contents, either. Moreover, the phone itself is NOT “loud” and not, in any way, helpful to the elderly. It’s a regular old-fashioned phone. The ring isn’t loud and can’t be turned up. Same for a caller’s voice — not at all loud. Good luck pairing this to your WiFi if you aren’t an IT specialist. I hate this phone and the unreadable instruction booklet. Obviously, for the elderly, a good instruction booklet is badly needed. DO NOT BUY THIS. It is crap.

Title: Disappointing instruction, manual frustrating do the initial set up
Review: The small manual that comes with this device is extremely frustrating. The writing is very small and hard to read. Also, it’s hard to find a quick easy set up method. Trying to search online for a better manual is hard to come by also. So my current recommendation would be to try to find something different than this device
