Title: Classy
Review: This retro-look phone adds class to our sitting room. The only downside is the ringer is not a typical bell but an electronic-sounding ring, but once you get used to that it’s great. The handset has good weight to it and it overall feels sturdy. The sound quality is excellent.

Title: Good sound, great cord, odd ringtone
Review: I wanted a retro landline phone to replace the one I had. This was a bit more gothic than I wanted, but the 50s styled ones wouldn’t work in my NY apartment. I’ve only had it a day, but I love that the sound quality is so great. It is light, but it’s not a problem. I really love the fabric wrapped cord to the handset. I have wrestled with twisted cords so often, that I’m thrilled if this cord doesn’t tie itself in knots. So far, so good. The only downside is that the ring is just like the building entry ring. Maybe I’ll learn to distinguish the two.

Title: Adorable and performs well
Review: I have loved phones since I was a kid growing up in the 80’s. I STILL love phones (except for the hamburger/pair of lips type). I spent hours looking for a phone similar to the AE40 (pictured on the left) that I purchased at an antique store years ago (unfortunately it no longer works). Of course, I found tons of other types phones that I loved, but the reviews weren’t good and the prices were too high. I decided to search the internet for decent brands of “retro phones” and I found Sangyn listed. I saw this phone and thought it was adorable, so in my cart it went. When I got it, I was super impressed by its looks. It’s a very nice looking phone! The cord looks legitimate and is a thoughtful touch. The dial label is not only cute, but functional (it’s the redial button). It wasn’t “dinky” like I thought it might be, but it IS very lightweight (which I knew from the specs). It almost felt like a toy and I wondered if the sound quality would suffer, but nope. It works perfectly fine and I would totally recommend buying one of these if you are shopping around. The only “issue” I had with it was the fact that it doesn’t have a slot for you to pick up the base like the older ones did (you can see what I mean in the second picture), but since it’s so lightweight, I guess it really isn’t much of an issue (hence the quotation marks).

Title: Cheaper than cheap
Review: This is plastic and belongs in your daughter ‘s playhouse in the backyard. Looks good but don’t buy. Was going to place this on one of my lamp tables in the living room. It would be embarrassing. If the receiver ever fell onto my hardwood floor, it would probably crack the phone in plastic splinters. Seriously, if they charged $12.00 instead of the $40.00 + I paid for this phone it would still be too much.Take my word, please. Overall, I’m not a complainer. I make due in just about every situation. But don’t buy this terrible plastic toy phone. I feel cheated and I’m angry. My kids rarely see me angry, but I’m pissed off. I can’t, in good conscience give this away.

Review: Lieferung am nächsten Tag! Verpackung OK. Schwerer als gedacht, nicht zu leicht. Matte Oberfläche sieht gut aus! Kabel für Telefon Anschluss dabei. Gleich an mein Modem gesteckt.
