Title: I was pleasantly pleased! They have done wonders for such a SMALL device.
Review: I was pleasantly pleased! My hearing issue is somewhat beyond the mild region. I have a hearing aid from Costco. Ver good but bulky. Tried to get a Costco’s “in the ear” but they could not sell me those models since my hearing was a bit above mild (store policy). I asked them if I could try theirs and they let me do it after setting it my hearing profile. I really liked it and it was nearly invisible and the sound quality was great. They recommended that I look into Eargo. Well. I bought the Eargo SE for $1600. It takes about 10 minutes to fit it to your hearing profile (easy to use Eargo App). It is GREAT! You have to download the App and once synced with the Eargo with Bluetooth, you can set the volume and has 4 preset programs. I am extremely happy with it. Please remember that it is TINY and does not have all the bells and whistles like connecting directly to TV or your phone. They have done wonders for such a SMALL device and it has all you need!! Well done and thank you.

Title: Quality in air hearing aids
Review: After being tested and finding moderate hearing loss, I decided to try these in ear hearing aids. I’ve been very pleased with their performance.I was skeptical that the different settings on the app would actually change the performance parameters of the hearing aids, but they certainly do. For example, using the restaurant setting cuts out the background conversations and clinking of dishes.I’m glad I made this purchase.

Title: They “Work” But NO Frills
Review: Pros:These hearing aids are small and discreet, which I really like. Once you get used to having something in your ear, they’re comfortable to wear for long periods. The included instructions are clear, cleaning is simple, and the battery life is solid—about 16 hours on a single charge. They also recharge quickly, which is convenient. But…Cons:For the price, I was surprised they don’t have Bluetooth capability for phone calls or streaming music, which feels like a missed opportunity. The app is clunky and not very refined, with very limited adjustments—no equalizer options to boost the highs that people with mild to moderate hearing loss often need. Adjusting the volume is awkward, too: there’s no number indicator, just two loud beeps when pressing the + or – buttons on the app, and only a few steps between minimum and maximum volume. I also can’t tell any real difference between the listening programs (normal, music, TV, meeting), which makes them feel unnecessary. Feedback is another issue—if you turn up the volume, you can’t hold your phone or even your hand too close to your ear without squealing. On top of that, there’s no noise cancellation, so background sounds are always present, which makes conversations in louder settings harder. The charging case lid isn’t attached (easy to lose), and getting the aids seated correctly in the charger is a bit fiddly.Overall: They do work, and for a basic, entry-level option they’ll help. But at this price point, I expected better software, more thoughtful design choices, and features closer to what you’d find in higher-end $1,700 hearing aids. (TWO STARS- and that’s being kind…)

Title: Small and effective – value? Please improve the functionality of the app.
Review: I have wanted to trial an in ear OTC hearing device. Previously I have reviewed an effective pair of over the ear devices and liked them – but this is a different price strata compared to those. Expectations are high at the price these command. They are small and reasonably well designed. Attractive design suggests quality. They should fit in most ears and the option of three flute sizes should make them work for all. Lightweight.Wearing experience: small and pretty comfortable. A little scary regarding your ability to remove – just don’t push them in unnaturally far. Some itching sensation is expected during your initial use – not too bad. I could see wearing these all day without significant concern.Hearing – four setting with minor adjustments possible within each setting. Out of the box (loudest setting) too loud for me – even with acclimation. Limited to no individual aid adjustment found – the app is clunky so maybe I missed the option but that is not on me. The app is a weakness. Overall – expect an acclimation period where things you cannot hear now become very clear and initially overly noticeable. Capability. Rechargeable. Good battery life. No bluetooth for phone or phone video playback – frankly disappointed at this price point. Limited sound adjustments and settings – may well cover many with mild to moderate loss but nothing special – at all. Comparison to OTC over the ear at 80% higher price on these. Eargo is more comfortable – feels like a better quality and complex build. Sound quality is no better than the cheaper aids but I had more feedback issues while wearing sun hats with the other product.Like the charger case – small and handy – 5 times recharge. Easy USB-C charging. Good for travel.Disappointment – you get one set of ear flutes in your size – almost immediate need to buy supplies – on a premium priced item. Bad move.Cleaning kit is functional but not an expensive add – the cleaning clay is interesting plus some generic alcohol wipes.
