Title: Searched high and low for these…
Review: I have several pairs of sightlines… they are the ‘only’ glasses I can wear to read a menu and talk to the person in front of me at dinner – and I have searched everywhere for quality multi-focal readers. I can see my keyboard easily and glance at the computer screen with complete clarity. Even friends have ordered online while sitting at the dinner table after trying mine on. The only thing I wish the company would include is a thin area at the top of the lens with no magnification – then I would never have to look over the rim. Overall, they are well made and their customer service is superb.

Title: Good value, thin long range viewing zone.
Review: Good quality glasses, neat bluish black rim color. I agree with another reviewer that the top part of the lens that should be free from any magnification is very thin – to the extent that you’re almost looking over the top of the rim to get a clear long range view. Great value, however, as I have paid 2x-3x more on other sites for no-line progressive glasses.

Title: Comfortable, smooth optical transitions between near and far.
Review: Great glasses. I have my first pair for 2 years and still wearing them. Decided to get another pair just in case…. They have been so comfortable, I wear them all day and sometimes into the shower! Well made, love the dark blue frames and after 2 years of daily wear lenses are still clear, no scratches. The coating really help prevent me from squinting in the sun. I rarely put on sun glasses. I highly recommend these glasses.

Title: Decent but not great
Review: I bought these for computer use and they are the 250’s with variable zones and glare coating. The glasses are as advertised and the lenses are good. The reason I’m only giving it three stars is because of the frames. While it has spring hinges the plastic frames just barely fit my slightly large head (7 3/8)and the quality is similar to cheap readers that break over time. If you buy them be very careful while handling them and cleaning the lenses or they will break like the similar cheap readers.

Title: I can see clearly now…
Review: From a style standpoint, it looks like a wayfarer frame in the image, but the frame has a little less breadth. With a progressive lens I find it is better to have more vertical viewing range so there is more surface for the transitions. If the lens is super skinny, then each focal range is thin. I think this would be a better progressive if they used the true wayfarer styling. Also the glasses are plenty wide. If you have a skinny face, these may not be for you. I would say my face is more average width and the glasses are just a bit wide. This presents with a small cosmetic issue, but the frames still fit well. These two issues aside, the lenses are clear, the transitions smooth and if, like me, you need a fairly steep transition (1.5 to 3.25 as tested), the 1.5 to 3.0 they offer is a pretty close fit. Go to your optometrist before hand to see what your correction is and look to see if SightLine has a over-the-counter solution.

Title: I’ve been wearing these for a couple years now. I have never had a pair break or get scratched.
Review: I’ve been wearing these for a couple years now. I have never had a pair break or get scratched. If you can find them they will last for quite a long time it seems. The multi focal lens allows me to leave them on even when not needed without making me dizzy. I am really rough on my glasses and these handle everything I throw at them. I spend extra time seeking these out on amazon every time I can’t find my others.

Review: Loved the glassed at first, but then noticed that they were giving me a slightly distorted fish-eye-like picture. Still use them for short-time tasks.

Review: These glasses are exactly as described. I was purchasing a “name brand” for quite some time but soon they weren’t lasting very long, due to the frames breaking. One pair lasted only about 2 months. I’ve now been wearing the Sightline Multifocus for roughly 4 months and they’re going strong. I’m also finding they seem to be staying scratch-free a bit better. They work perfectly looking down at your cell and also having a conversation with someone standing in their/my safe zone. They feel sturdy yet surprisingly lightweight when sitting on bridge of nose. I would give 5 star but I find the arm a bit short. When I tip head back while wearing on top of head, the glasses end up on floor (but don’t break). Just to add, my normal vision is, my arms are no longer long enough. Can’t see up close but can read a sign at quite a distance. This is my second time purchasing and I will continue.
