Review: I was having trouble hearing low tones. I was forever backing up with the remote. With this you turn off the sound on the TV and hear every word. You can even hear the music they play. My daughter ordered it for me. What a gift!

Title: The system quit working after 6 months. Poor customer service
Review: Bought this system for my husband who is hard of hearing. Worked great for 6 months and then quit altogether. Company customer service is only available after 9pm and not every night. was on chat until 1am the first time I got a response from them. They sent me a replacement set, but it only worked 1 night and then quit just like the original one. Have been trying for over a week to get a chat online with the company but have not gotten a response. They will not even give me a response to check the next morning. I waited 2 1/2 hours last night for a response from them but none happened. Will not be purchasing another product from this company and I refuse to sit and wait another 2 1/2 hours for them to ignore me again. DONE WITH COMPANY. AVOID. GO WITH A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT HAS 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Title: Good headphones.
Review: They work great. I bought them for my mother in law and she loves them. I just wish there was an option to buy just the headphones and not a base. The base will last a long time, but the headphones can get damaged more easily. Overall good deal.

Title: Took some getting used to, but it works
Review: When I first got this Simolio, I didn’t like it because I wanted something more like ear buds. The headset is not comfortable, and at first I could hardly use it. However, having had it for a few months, I have gotten used to it. When you get it, you will need to gently adjust the headset so that the ears are not too close together. I wear the earpiece loosely. It’s important to realize that the little ear tips do not fit inside of your ear–they kind of hang on the outside. I also changed the black rubber tips (enclosed). I use it every evening when I’m watching tv from my bed because it’s too far from the speakers to hear clearly. I don’t have any problem hearing using this Simolio now. The battery works well and the charge will last from 8pm to about 4 am. (Sometimes I watch tv all night.)Just want to mention I didn’t have any problem hooking this up to my tv, and the instructions were easy to understand.
