Review: This was so helpful. It saved us many a fall. It is nice that we could put it on vibrate so dementia was not aggrivated and we could clip it to a belt or put it in a pocket. It does sometimes slip between the seat cushion and the side of the chair so occasionally needs to be readjusted. We covered it with a towel to hide it.

Title: Effective in providing peace of mind. Very loud.
Review: I’ve been using this product in helping me care for my mother while still allowing me to get my own rest. I have the pad under Mom’s mattress and take the remote into my own room. When she sits up, the alarm is instantaneous in alerting me to her movement. Even when in deep sleep, the alarm is quite loud and wakes me. This gives me time to get to her bedside. (I have started using it in conjunction with an in-room camera so I can see if she’s just sitting up to get a tissue or if she is getting up to stand.) The settings are vibrate or tone. Vibrate works great when I’m close enough to her that I don’t want her to be alarmed by the noise, and when I’m vacuuming. A good, strong vibration. The alarm is quite loud with no volume adjustment. Loud is the only option, but again, it is effective when I’m asleep. Thanks for this great tool in helping me care for my loved one AND allowing me to care for myself.

Title: Works well but first one broke
Review: The wire isn’t as sturdy as I would like but I love it. The first one was used rough and the wire broke. It’s pretty flimsy and small. I bought a second though because I like it so much and it still works after at least 6+ months.
