Title: Great lighting and worth the money!
Review: Bought two of these for my son’s college apartment and they are really nice! Great lighting. When his friends come over they always compliment how cool his room and living room look with the lights. It’s cool when the lights blink to the beat of music. There are many nice features with different settings of the lights. It comes with a remote to make it even easier to use. Thinking of buying one for my home too! Definitely worth the money!

Title: LED floor lamp provides failsafe lighting
Review: If you suffer from arthritis (or some other problem) in your hands, you probably will not be able to handle the very small screws needed to assemble the lamp. A friend performed this task for me. Assembly was very straight forward.I have no small children in my household. The lamp is not sturdy enough to withstand children’s awkwardness.I have needed a light in the entryway of my bedroom. I tried battery operated wall lights. I had a problem with the batteries. This LED floor lamp works great! Now I don’t have to be concerned about inadequate lighting which can lead to accidents (tripping, falling)….And the colors are nice.Thanks,Gail Beedie

Title: Cool light
Review: I really liked this lamp at first. It’s very easy to set up & the colors are beautiful. It has a lot of nice features such as a timer, brightness control, and the option to hook up music, which is awesome! My only complaint is after about two months it started shorting out. If it’s plugged in and not on it randomly turns on and strobes different colors and there is no way to stop it besides unplugging it. It was beyond the return window so there was nothing I could do about it. Hoping it was just a fluke and other people don’t experience the same problem I did.

Review: I realize that this can use an app, but I prefer to use appliances/devices that do NOT require an app. If an app is ever discontinued, the device becomes worthless. This one comes with a physical remote, which is fantastic.So that’s why I like this light pole so much. I have a few light poles now, and use them in rooms all over the house. They are great for ambient light, when you don’t want to flood the whole room with light from a main ceiling light. You can select a wide range of solid colors, and it also has a pretty wide variety of options such as types of fade and strobe. I think that there may even be a “music” option on this, but I didn’t test that because that isn’t something I would use.The other thing that’s great about this light is that in addition to the remote it has, it also has buttons on the base of the light. There are only 3 of them, but it controls the basic functions, including on/off.The light is incredibly simple to assemble, and goes together in just a few minutes. Installation is self-explanatory, you don’t need a manual to figure it out; everything can only go in one way. The one thing I will note about installation is that I recommend putting the pole together on a flat surface FIRST, to ensure that everything is perfectly aligned (some parts are fragile), and then using two hands to align this completed pole to insert and screw it into the base.

Review: I just ordered a second one so I can have one at each corner of the room I have this first one in.The best part? I’ve been playing with for like an hour now and I haven’t installed an app. There is an app available but you can do most of the functions from the remote. In fact, you can even control it with the buttons on the base which i haven’t tried yet. The remote allows you to change the colour of the steady light, go to white light right away, quickly change to the music modes and cycle through the other various modes.The second best part? If you kill the power to the lamp, like via a wall switch, it will remember its last state and turn on to that. Usually with LED type lights of this nature, they reset to OFF and you absolutely need a remote/app to make it work. However with this light you can use it like a regular floor lamp with a wall switch if you’d like.The app I’m sure allows you to fine tune the colours etc and maybe I’ll do that but it’s so good that it doesn’t need the app to function. I’m hoping I can control both with one remote, that would be great, but remains to be seen.I’ve always wanted one of these ambient light things but they’re always around $200. This is a well price, easy to put together and great functioning light. The second one arrives tomorrow and if there’s something significant to add to this review with two of them, I’ll edit this review.Update: I now have two thanks to Amazon overnight delivery. I can confirm that one remote will work for both lamps at the same time. The second remote is now a spare for me.
