Review: Set it all up. Programmed the presets. Everything worked great–but just for one day. Day 2 nothing. No dial tone. Nothing. Triple checked the connections. Plugged in a different phone (which worked). The phone was dead.

Title: Great phone for seniors or anyone who is visually or fine motor skills impaired
Review: Purchased this for my mom who has difficultly with anything with small buttons/text. I had the phone shipped to me, where I programmed the speed dials and added custom photos/labels. I then shipped it to her where all that needed was to plug it in. She was up and making phone calls in no time. The sound quality is great and has really made it easier for her to stay connected with family.

Title: Worked well until it didn’t.
Review: I purchased this phone for my elderly father. It worked fine for about 9 months, then he was no longer to dial out. It would receive calls, but when an attempt to dial out was made, there was a dial tone, but the buttons didn’t seem to dial. I had AT&T come out to check his line, and they said it was the phone. He said that all the buttons made the exact same tone, so it was definitely the phone.Tip – My dad can’t see small images, so we used a sharpie to make a large initial for each family member, for the pre-programmed buttons.

Review: Well made (has survived a few drops), photo buttons are great for the elderly – but know there are only three buttons. Loud volume through handset is also a benefit for the hard of hearing. Recommended.

Review: Sadly, this phone isn’t working properly for my Mother. She has dementia and loved the idea of pushing a button with our picture to call us but 2 of them simply do not work. I’m in NC & she is in AZ so it’s very difficult to be able to get this returned. So disappointing.

Review: If you have a person in your life with dementia and they are having trouble using the phone (which they may sometimes mistake for the TV channel changer, and vice versa,) this phone is a miracle. Great quality for sound (talking and hearing), very easy to use, and best of all, my mom can finally call me without involving the operator or her neighbours.Instead of a photo, we just wrote our names on masking tape and added to the one-touch dial, and it worked.Only flag is the product details suggest that if you don’t have Voip you don’t need to plug in the phone. We found that without the extra power, the phone was inconsistently wonky: would not hang up/ would not answer when ringing/ no dial tone. When We bought and added the electric plug, all the trouble went away.Highly recommend. My mom is so much less stressed out now as she has confidence that she can call us.

Review: I would like to give it a 5 star when it works!however in less than 1 month many problems of phone not ringing, not working at all,I have changed the cords many times and still very unpredictable , it can work one week then not! I thought I had found the perfect phone for my 93 year old mom, but may have to return it even though my purchase is over 30 days! I think they sent me a defective phone! Other than the problems described , it is very light weight, sound quality is good, big buttons are very loose, easily push able and mistake prone.
