Title: Great comfort at a great price.
Review: Softa black PU leather. For the price, this chair offers good comfort. It supports the legs, the lower back and the head. We like its small footprint, being equipped with narrow arms which facilitate positioning in a room. Adding some pads under the feet helps moving it so we use it fully reclined, bringing it back to its corner easily becomes a charm. Easy to install by inserting the back onto the base. Warning: comes in one box of over 50 pounds so make sure to handle it safely. Nevertheless, by carrying the 2 pieces separately, at 72, I was able to bring it upstairs by myself.

Title: Recliner not worth the money poor quality .
Review: I purchased this because I had shoulder surgery and need to sleep on recliner chair , yes it is inexpensive however it is not worth the money , I feel it’s worth $30.00 it is hard and the back cushion keeps folding over and the arms are hard and it has several bars across the back and hurts my back and butt area . Think before you purchase

Title: Very durable moderately comfortable.
Review: Comfortable but not extremely padded. Everything was vacuum packed so maybe it’ll fluff up a bit. But everything was metal screwed into metal. Seem like it will be super durable unlike the best massage one we bought. Was tedious to assemble but not difficult. One step that wasn’t clear was the seat assembly but it is hard to mess it up, just keep turning until parts match up.

Title: It doesn’t have to be so hard
Review: Putting it together is a miserable experience. Read the instructions which were neither clear or complete. Called their “customer service” and they were more concerned with my order number then actually helping me with my problem. I had already given the make and model no., the Amazon order no. and the Fedex delivery info. Their order no. was covered by shipping stickers. WTF??? After 25 min. mostly on hold I never did get connected to a human associate who might understand my issue and HELP. In the end he sent me a video that still didn’t show me what I needed cleared up. The icing on the cake was I could only make out every 3rd word. I learned my lesson and will avoid doing business with Flexispot.
