Title: Works Well for Seniors
Review: I ordered this for my hard-of-hearing father so he could have more in-depth conversations with people. It works really well, and he says he can hear much better with it. The sound is clear, and it’s made a big difference for him. Very happy with this purchase!

Title: Disappointed in how quickly the unit broke, and in the support from the company.
Review: I reached out to the company when the unit broke after 2 months ( return policy was 30 days). I was hoping for some resolution but have not heard anything. I didn’t really want to return, but to replace the item. I will be forced to buy another different brand because my mom is depending on this. Disappointing.

Title: Works like a charm
Review: Not paid to write this. Completely voluntary. So far, it works wonderfully for 98 year old lady. 5 stars🌟 highly recommend. The headphones may bother some people but I feel it is better than small ear buds that can get easily lost. There is limited adjustments for different size heads but a rolled up napkin fixes that. Time will confirm whether or not this is good quality but I am impressed so far and I appreciate the design and the creators behind it.
