Title: When my ears are clogged due to cold, this is a savior!
Review: I bought this because I had an ear drum rupture right before I started a new job. I knew it would be necessary for my success to hear clearly without asking,”What?” all the time so I bought this little gadget. The reviews are pretty mixed so I was nervous. I have had it for about 3 months now and it works soooo good! It is not subtle, but most people just assume I’m listening to a little radio or iPod and I don’t get too many questions. I’m 35 so no one suspects that I would have hearing loss.When I got another cold last week I broke it out again and it still works great. I use it at home too so I don’t have to turn the TV up to a deafening level. I would recommend this thing many times over. VERY handy for the price. I plan on buying my Mom one too.Cons: Short cord, so I have to wear it close which means I always hear myself rather loud. It would be nice if they placed the microphone in relation to the clip so that it aimed away from you.Also, I wish they would make the clip more like a pin so you could affix it where needed. I don’t always wear a shirt conducive to clipping it to my collar. As a workaround, I use a Jumbo safety pin on my shirt and the clip slides through perfectly.

Review: They are not rechargable the cuff gun Head sets are cheap and you can use only the headsets that come with product because of style ofPlugins ( the good things about product ) on an off works up an down for sound works past that nothing else works it’s cheap crap not worth what I payed for the set I give them to the kids to play with because I just didn’t want to deal with the embarrassment of sending them back please don’t waste your money I wish Amazon would hire people to test and look at the products of the company’s they allow at Amazon but a dollar is a dollar

Title: Worked for a while…
Review: I bought this for my dad who is hard of hearing. At first it did great, but after about a month he said voices just seemed to be mumbles and he cannot identify words. We bought a different version of the same thing and it seems to be working for him. Cheap product. Glad I did not spend any more money on this item.

Title: Good value, better than much more expensive products
Review: So even though my father has $1600 hearing aids from Costco, he never really got accustomed to wearing them long periods of time. And since he is 91, he needs help getting them on and offHe insisted I order this for him and although I was dubious (just wear your normal hearings aids) he like this because he can control the volume and make adjustments by himself without help. He likes the feeling of control because there is so little he can control in his life.Good sound quality. The only improvement needed is an easier to operate volume control. It is very small for someone with limited hand mobility.Recommended buy for someone who doesn’t want hearing aids all the time. Good price for the sound quality.

Title: Do not toss your money away
Review: The sound amplifier is of the poorest structural quality (“cheap plastic”) that would not be worthy of a child’s toy. The control wheels are tiny and feel …well, cheap. The instructions are minimal and not helpful. It comes with three cables (one smooth, two twisted) with tiny connectors, and no explanation of what the other two twisted cables are for. There is an additional ear plug but none of the connectors fit into it (for “possibly”) using two ear buds at once — which it does not appear to allow. The sound quality was tinny and irritating. I would be ashamed to give this to anyone as a “gift”. Poor, poor, quality.

Review: Difficult to tell which way up battery fits & instructions are small print. Could do with a link to show larger printed guide. Get background clicks that are noisy when turning on/off so learning how to adjust to that. Also watch for all other noises around and about as they can sometimes interrupt your concentration – this can happen with expensive hearing aids too. Otherwise all seems okay for the cost
