Review: pros: Functionality is very straight forward. It was easy to use and have multiple purposes for different reasons. Plenty of instructions provided in the handbook. Very intuitive. Love the case. 12 heads provided was a plus. Can be used for adults and kids alike. A bit pricey for the product but seems durable.cons: consulting a professional makes me feel dumb… requires AAA batteries and none built in.

Review: These have been great for my neurodivergent kiddos. The bright colors of the heads are appealing. They offer a gentle vibration that is calming. The different modes are nice to change up vibration intensity or frequency. One of my kiddos prefers holding it against their skin to calm themselves when overstimulated and I’ve found myself doing it a time or two as well.

Title: Great for my neurodivergent kiddo
Review: This is a great set for my kiddo. It has different kinds of stimulation and I love the colors too. You do need to (or at least I would) watch kiddo with the wand part as it does vibrate and I would hate to see a kiddo harmed if they bit or chewed on the wrong part. The case is convinient and makes taking it to school and therapy a breeze.

Review: Use case for this review is with a senior with history of CVA resulting in very minor dysphagia, and with an IDDSI level 0 diet, but who is displaying intermittent inappropriate behavior during the administration of medications. I was already familiar with the Special Supplies brand as we have used their utensils for over two years now with great success, and so I wanted to try this Buzz Buddy device as a potential solution to the aforementioned issue.Overlapping cognitive and neurophyiscal deficits did not present a clear modality thus this was an exercise in trial and error. I wont detail the entire approach as it borderlines on medical advice (which I’m not going to give here) but suffice to say the base concept of this device, targeted stimulation, was very much apparent in all attempts. The individual responded to the vibration, being aware of it’s intensity at the target areas, such that there was no confusion over what was happening and where, and with no detriments resulting from use.Other than that the only thing I can add is that the build quality of the tools and case is quite high.
