Title: Durable, excellent tool for sensory sensitivities!
Review: Excellent tool recommended by my son’s OT. It’s sturdy, perfectly sized, & works great! The tool & interchangeable heads are very durable. My only complaints are that (1) some of the heads don’t line up straight with the front of the wand and (2) the power/settings button is pretty tricky to press.

Review: I have really liked using this with my kids during therapy sessions. I am a COTA/L and this helps kids who struggle with tactile sensitivity and oral motor. I recently lost the motorized portion and one of the tips (I believe a child may have accidentally taken it home) and have not been able to find it. I contacted Special Supplies through email and within minutes not hours they responded and are sending me replacements. This is a great company and I will keep them in mind for other products

Title: OUTSTANDING customer service
Review: Our speech therapist recommended the Z-vibe for my son, but after reviewing the price and customer feedback, we opted for the Special Supplies Buzz Buddy Oral Motor instead. Although it was still pricey, the packaging appeared more refined than the Z-vibe. However, upon receiving the product, we noticed that the handle seemed used and it failed to turn on despite being charged. I promptly contacted Special Supplies regarding this issue, as my son urgently needs the device for his speech therapy. The company responded swiftly, offering to replace the product. Their customer service was exceptional, and I am currently awaiting the replacement, which will enable my son to utilize it for his therapy.Update: I just received the replacement item and it’s working perfectly. This company won’t hesitate to replace your item, and I HIGHLY recommend this product because, as you can see, the packaging is fancy and the items are colorful, which attracts your little one’s attention.
