The table looks even better in person — the walnut color is warm and elegant, and it fits perfectly with our modern farmhouse style. It feels very solid and well-made, and the extendable feature works smoothly.We’ve already hosted a few dinners, and everyone compliments it!Assembly took about an hour, but instructions were clear. Definitely worth the price — highly recommend!

Title: Very nice and modern.
Review: The table arrived quickly and came in one package, not two as I read in some reviews. The assembly instructions are very clear; each piece is numbered and lettered. The slightly confusing or difficult part, I would say, was the center of the tabletop because you have to hammer in some gold-colored, bushing-shaped pieces that only fit with the force of the hammer. These pieces then join together to connect the table to the extension (I uploaded photos). This part was the most important because it’s where the table joins together, and that’s why I’m deducting a star because it’s a little open and not completely sealed. I’m a woman, and I assembled it myself. It took me about 5 hours because, although the instructions are clear, you have to read them carefully and make sure you put the pieces together correctly because there’s no going back. I used a screwdriver, drill, and hammer. Don’t expect high-quality wood for this price and style; it’s compressed wood, but it looks real. I like how little space it takes up in my dining room, but at the same time, it looks elegant and modern. Overall it’s very good and worth it for its price and style.

Review: This is a beautiful table. I put this together myself and only need assistance when it was time to stand it upright. The quality is so good and the price is unbeatable! I love the black legs- gives it a more modern look.

Review: Overall I am happy I chose this table now that it’s finally put together. It was a decent price and doesn’t look cheap. I will say though, putting it together was not fun. I struggled at times, to say the least. There are like 150 screws so I suggest using a power tool or ratchet screwdriver. Took me several hours to put together by myself. But, that just made me enjoy it all the more when I was finished. I also want to add I mistakingly thought the legs were metal.. Not a deal breaker for me though.Edited to add: table comes in two packages. First came on time, by the date Amazon said. The second arrived 3 days later. FYI

Title: Pressed board including the legs-complete junk!
Review: Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because I thought it looked very sturdy and I was under the impression that the legs were metal, though it’s probably my fault for not reading closely enough. It is made of pressed board including the legs. It is so rickety I cannot even imagine that it’s gonna last a year in my rental. To add insult to injury it’s a massive pain to put together with 10,000 little pieces. I would have sent it back but I was gonna have to pay for return shipping so I went ahead and put it together but I would not recommend that anyone buy this table!
