Title: Better than VF ! I usually don’t leave feedback.
Review: If the Vic Firth isolation headphones make your brain pop out of your head (slight exaggeration) then these are the headphones for you. Better fit, same isolation, equivalent sound quality, its not audiophile but clean reference sound.I don’t leave a lot of feedback on items I purchase on Amazon , but these are worth purchasing if you cant utilize VF headphones. Drums are awesome , save your ears says this 62 year old hard hitting musician! Peace

Title: Great isolation with one issue
Review: Amazing isolation. Good sound quality, especially for the money. Reasonably comfortable for how much isolation they offer. Wish aftermarket cords were available. The locking mechanism on the cord likes to come loose. Would really like a shorter cord with no volume control.

Title: Decent headphones
Review: These headphones do a great job keeping the click track out of my overhead drum mics. I would give it 5 stars if the build quality was a little better. The tiny wires that connect to the speakers are not well protected and if one of them catches on something, it’ll likely break that little wire. They should have made that a bit more rugged. Otherwise they sound great and solved the issue I needed to solve.

Title: Great value
Review: Have had headphones for a few days. Very pleased at this point. I’m a touring drummer and use Custom Molded IEM’s and Headphones. Switch up for various reasons. I’ll see how long these last. For the money these seem to be a great value. The isolation is great for when I play inside drum booths. They compare nicely with the GK Music headphones which are currently $269. The only concern I have is that the 3.5mm cable can be removed and is a twist and lock. So a regular cable will just fall out of the headphone. So if something happens to that cable I hope Superlux sells cables separately.

Title: Poor sound quality
Review: Ive got a Roland electronic drum set, so I was reading reviews on different headphones before making a decision to buy. The reviews on Amazon were excellent so I purchased the headphones. When they arrived I was excited to plug them into the drum module.I must say, I was more than disappointed. The sound quality was far from the reviews that i read. Every kit thats installed in this module sounded terrible. I was hoping Id be writing a good review. Every single sound had a static sound and the kick drum sounds were aweful. I had a cheaper brand set of headphones that was using that sound much better and arent even meant for electronic drums but yet there was such drastic sound difference. I was hoping to write a good review but Id be lying. The only thing i liked about these is the sound isolation. Other than that, these headphones performed poorly. I give them one star for sound great sound isolation.
