Title: Great Product, Incredible Support!
Review: Over the years I have tried many different hearing assist devices, from amplifiers to actual legal hearing aids. I would characterize my earlier attempts as a wasteof time and money. Most of my earlier hearing aids were the “Behind The Ear devices” including the Blaids “X Pro”. The X Pro was a giant leap forward for me as they raally helped. Eventually, I wore them out and decided to replace them with Blaid’s latest technology and move to the CIC (completely in canal) design. Most folks choose this to make the aids “invisible” but t 73 years old, I don’t have that much vanity. My reasoning is that the “behind the ear” aids capture the sound from somewhere near or behind the ear and send the conditioned sounds into the ear canal via a tube. The new CIC design captures the sound at the ear opening, like nature intended… This is just MY theories – I’m not a hearing specialist. Anyway, I was immediately impressed with the functioning and ease of control. I was able to enter my own results from my professionsl audiogram. Also, from my first Blaids purchase, I was impressed with the incredibly fast and professional support. I received responses in hours instead of days or weeks.The support folks, especiially Emet and Brian were attentive, knowlegible, and fast. If it became a matter of defect or failure, they were quick to offer fast replacement or repair. I got the version that used an impression of my ear canals to make the housings fit comfortably and secure. In practice, they were both. It is aparent to me that Blaids is constantly researching and engineering improvements, and software can be upgraded automatically. You might say I am sold on Blaids for life!

Title: Custom, You Can Upload Your Audiogram, Process is Very Easy
Review: This review is for a Symphony ITC Custom-Molded, 48 DSP Channel Programmable Hearing Aids with Bluetooth. First let me say WOW! These are custom molded hearing amplifiers that go in the ear canal. I was a little intimidated when I saw that I had to do the mold myself until I read that I can take them to my doctor, and they’ll reimburse me up to 100 US dollars. After seeing how easy it was, I decided to take on the task myself. All you do is clean the ear canal, mix the components together, put the stopper in, add the mold to the ear, take it out and put it in the labeled bag, and send it to the company to get made.I’ve had over the ear as well as in the canal amplifiers, the over the ear are always too big, and the in canal never feel right. This is the first one I’ve seen that are custom molded to my exact ear and that’s pretty cool. I’ll be using it for its amplifier, and I would have liked to use it with my phone, but it says Bluetooth streaming on android devices, yet in the video it looks like an IOS phone, so I’ll reach out to customer service and ask the question.Now for the thing that makes this hearing aid a step above the rest is that it is custom fitted to my audiogram. What’s an audiogram you ask… It’s a hearing test, that you can get from your doctor or take their audiologist-developed hearing test, and then via the app upload it to my hearing aids for a total custom experience. I like and recommend this hearing aid for all the above reasons.

Title: Looks good
Review: When you order this hearing aid, you get a custom mold kit that you can use yourself with the included instructions, or take to a doctor to have molds made (they say they’ll reimburse part of this cost). There’s an included postage paid envelope to send everything in. It will be awhile before I get the actual hearing aids, but everything looks great so far.
