Title: Good Quality
Review: I like the modes that it has for every occasion. The earbuds were very easy to use and worked amazing for me! I really recommend these if you have trouble for hearing or if you want to cover loud sounds when you are out without needing big headphones. They are very comfortable and discrete. 100% love the product.

Title: Pretty Bad
Review: I have really tried everything with these and the are just too loud. There’s zero difference between 1 and 5, and 1 is as loud as the others. I can’t wear the over the ear hearing aids and really need the combo of CIC and bluetooth. I get that it’s s hard neefle to thread, butfor $349, this needs tp be alot better.

Title: No app to customize it
Review: I bought the exact device and wrote a review for it. Then it became unavailable if I’d try buy again. Then this came available BUT without showing my honest review. Below is my review for the exact same device.I tried to give it another chance by wearing it for a week. Tried different sized ear tips. It would often generate some squeak when I sneeze or get up from my chair after sitting still for a while. Even tried it in church and it failed miserably. I tried different modes, there are only 2. It made the people around me sound so muddled instead of clearer. Completely opposite to what it’s supposed to do. It made the church chorus totally muddled. And the squeaky whistle sound keeps coming when you least expected.There’s no app to customize the device. No hearing test. So you can’t customize it to your own ears. There’s only two modes for the hearing aids function. The other “modes”, tininus and music, are NOT for adjustments to hearing. So it’s basically a pair of ear buds with absolutely minimal hearing aids function. But why pay such a price for an average pair of ear buds? For playing music, the sound quality is definitely substandard.It doesn’t switch to music automatically. You have to press the tiny button to manually switch between audio streaming and hearing aids function. Those tiny buttons are not senior friendly.When in music mode, hearing aids function is off even when you stop music on your phone. When switching out of music mode by pressing that tiny button, the music on your phone continues to play, not paused. Talk about zero level of Bluetooth integration.
