Title: Simple and functional – A great design
Review: I chose this stand because it is very basic with no moving parts. The heavy duty metal back support has three angle adjustments which is plenty for a book or tablet. The back support pulls out of the peg holes for adjusting or separating and can also easily travel flat in a bag. It appears very durable and should last a long time.I wouldn’t recommend for a young child if they take things apart and misplace things.

Title: Sturdy, easy to make your own replacement parts
Review: This works well for my two tables (Samsung A8 & A9+). I’ve seen a few reviews where the purchaser obviously didn’t look at the product images which provide all the information you need to determine if it will be suitable for your intended use and the range of adjustments that it offers.I do carry it with me in my backpack frequently, so another reviewer’s nit-pick about having it separated to two pieces. My solution is to attach two velcro ties to the bottom metal piece as shown in the picture. You can trim the length of the velcro tie so it only wraps two times around both metal parts. The velcro ties are inexpensive to replace.If you ever need to replace either of the two black base pieces of the stand, it should be fairly easy to make your own replacement out of a nice hard wood. If the foam pieces on the metal rods need replacing, heat-shrink tubing is one option. Heck, you could even get some suitable rods of the same diameter, cut to length (could even be a shorter length if you want to use the stand for narrower objects) and bent into shape.

Review: Seems to be made well. I needed something for travel, but this wasn’t it so had to send it back. It takes up too much space and was too big for my small Kindle. Would be great in home or office for larger tablets.

Review: I love it. It does exactly what it’s made for. It’s very sturdy and has different ways of use. I would highly recommend this item because it is light weight and it holds my Kindle 10 even with the cover on it very easily. Not once has it tipped over because of the weight on it. Title: Two separate pieces
Review: Stable, sturdy, doesn’t slip, and has a larger footprint than other stands. Exactly what I wanted. It’s two separate pieces that have to be combined to make the stand and can be separated to lay flat for transport. However, if they become separated when placed in a bag or drawer, one could easily be lost, making the whole thing useless. The box they came in was crushed and deformed, so can’t be used for storage. If you’re going to set this stand up once and leave it at is, it’ll work great. If you need to travel with it from place to place, you’ll need to find a way to keep the two pieces together during transit. I’m thinking of using a couple of rubber bands, but that’s two more things I’ll have to keep track of.

Review: The simplicity of this tablet stand is exactly what I was looking for. I have ordered and sent back several stands because the lip is too narrow to hold my tablet with the case on it.THIS tablet stand is simple, yet perfect in design for what I need. A basic no frills stand for my tablet that has a big enough lip to hold it. The angle adjustment reminds me of old tinker toys, in a good way. Simple and effective – that is what this stand is all about. And the price is hard to beat. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a stand with a wider lip.

Review: Works exactly as described. Used in my case to support an iPad with a 9.7 inch screen in a protective surround, which this stand is ideally suited to. Support is firm, when placed on a flat surface, there is no movement when tapping the screen of the iPad, which is good to see.The adjustment to set the support angle (three possibilities) is simple, there is no mechanism, just three holes in the two black joint pieces at appropriate angles. While this simplicity limits the number of possible angles, it also means there is less to go wrong. Finally the stand is very lightweight, a bonus for me as when stored flat, the stand could be easily carried in cabin luggage on a flight. Overall very happy with the item.
