Review: Does not hold a charge. Fits d01100, but dies after a day. Charged for >2hrs as directed. Tried again and charged much longer. (Used standard USB charger.)Waste of time and money. Now I need to spend the time to return so Amazon doesn’t think these turds are worth anything.

Title: Does not hold charge
Review: Battery fits a D01100 Kindle fine. My battery arrived almost completely discharged, so I charged it overnight as soon as it was installed. Next morning, it was dead, even though the kindle had not been used. I charged it again, with the same result. Maybe I received an old or defective battery. This one is going back; I hope that the replacement performs better.
