Title: “Tear resistant” does not mean “wear resistant”
Review: If you are only going to be using these for sleeping or passively laying on, you’ll probably be fine. If you plan on using them for any sort of… activity? You might want to know that while the plastic side of these things is plenty sturdy, the soft side comes apart VERY easily, especially once it gets saturated.This may be a flaw inherent in this type of product, I don’t know! What I do know is that I’m going to be doing some research before I buy my next box. All I was looking for this time was size and quantity.They seem decently sized; if you are laying in one place for the night, you probably only need one pad to provide coverage for one average-to-“small” fat sized human.However, if you are larger than the “plus sized” mannequins at stores, or if you roll in your sleep, or if you’re planning on using these for any kind of… cooperative activity? You’ll need to use more than one & overlap them to ensure full coverage, because while these are incredibly absorbent, they don’t absorb very quickly at all, and overflow can happen.
