Review: When purchased tried out the alarm and flashing light. Alarm is loud and definitely can be heard. . I really like that can be activated 2 ways pulling pin or place finger on button on back of alarm. Bought two and happy I did. One for me and one for my sister. She feels saver having this item.

Review: Does what it says .. loud high-pitched alarm (tho I’m not sure if it’ll deter critters or not — my dogs don’t like it, for sure .. but I live in bear country, and haven’t had chance yet to test it with bears) .. nice to have flashlight function as well, and it’s a convenient size to have in hand, pocket or in/on hiking vest.

Review: I was reading an article about a 65 year old lady was being attacked and she had one of these alarms. She was a widow as I. I decided I am not as young as I used to be and to purchase a personal alarm. I just received mine today and had to check it out. It is very loud and works very well. It is small enough to put on my key chain. I definitely call my moneys worth. I hope I never have to use it but feel more at ease knowing it’s with me if I do need it.

Review: Since this was so inexpensive relatives to popularized brand, I didn’t expect a lot. Holds a charge and when I tested it in the driveway, the squirrels ran away. Gives me some peace of mind when walking my dog after dark. Would purchase again.

Review: It’s not near as loud as I expected and unfortunately I had to use it today and it was a big let down. In an actual emergency it is not loud enough and did not scare the dogs chasing me AT ALL. I need something MUCH louder and alarming. Returning this.
