Title: An EXCELLENT value for the price
Review: I am a 78-year-old, semi-retired but still active man who has worn diapers 24/7 for incontinence for many years. I had been wearing a premium adult diaper costing nearly four times as much as these Tena ProSkin diapers. After five days wearing them, I can say that Tena ProSkin diapers’ coverage (the size of the “diaper mat”) is better than I’ve found with some much higher cost premium diapers. Absorbency is much better than I expected. During the day, I will need to change every four to five hours, on average. A single diaper, so far, has been adequate for overnight use. Mild to moderate bowel incontinence has not overwhelmed the ProSkin diapers. These diapers feature a “cloth-like” outer shell which feels a bit flimsy on the sides. Sizing is what I expected, neither too big nor too small. The leg guards and elasticized leg openings are effective, but there is no elastic at all in the waistband. A plain cotton panty over the diaper and underneath plastic pants provides a snug, comfortable fit and added protection against leaks.I have found the wetness indicators on Tena Proskin diapers more useful than wetness indicators on other diapers. A line of yellow chevrons (I don’t know what else to call them) turns blue as wetness spreads through the diaper. As I’m changing, a quick look at the number of chevrons remaining lets me know how close to “maxed out” the diaper was when I decided to change it.Tena ProSkin diapers do “wick” or spread the moisture throughout the diaper, as well as or better than any other diapers I’ve used. The one leak I have experienced so far (my own fault) was at the rear of the waistband, which was not completely covered by the plastic pants. Moisture had spread completely through the diaper. I had not noticed how much I was wetting and didn’t change within a reasonable time. The diaper was not uncomfortable and the leak was minor.I began looking for a more effective diapering solution when I began to need three of the premium diapers per day instead of two. Replacing three premium diapers with six Tena Proskin saves $3.45 per day, which adds up to over $100.00 per month. On some days, five diaper changes are all I require.I had NOT been looking forward to switching to lower cost diapers. These were the third low-cost alternative to premium diapers I tried, and they were a happy surprise. Their performance and value has far exceeded my expectations. I don’t feel that I’ve “given up” anything by using Tena Proskins.

Title: Happy with the quality
Review: I use it for mom mother who’s is both incontinent on bowel and bladder. At night she used to wear a different brand she wet her diapers so much that will spill through the underpads. But this diaper woks wonders. I only have to change once at night and she said she doesn’t feel wetness. This is one of the best out there and the price is very reasonable.

Title: Excellent fit and absorbancy
Review: Tena Incontinence Adult Diapers are excellent. I bought them for my husband who is in assisted living facility. The aides prefer them to the briefs supplied by the facility. Comments from the aides: adjustable, fit well, excellent absorbancy, leakproof (when securely fastened), odor control.

Title: Very good, but not perfect.
Review: Comfortable and absorbent. These adult diapers are a very good value. They are absorbent, Comfortable, quiet, and sized well. However, they are not perfect. They are a bit wider in the crotch than many other diapers, which makes them much more comfortable.First, they do not have leak guards. I can’t believe they are classified as super or maximum capacity with having any leak guards. If you have heavy voids or wet alot at a time, they might leak. I had one leak at night, and 1 while in my recliner.Next, the tapes are very small. The smallest I have seen on any adult briefs, and they are very hard to grasp, so its difficult to put them on or adjust them. These are not overly bulky or noticeable under normal clothing.Like most cloth outer diapers, they have a tendency to sag and stretch out over time. These are not as bad as most other brands are.I would give 5 stars if they had leak guards, and larger/better tapes. I would give 6+ stars if they were plastic backed and thicker by 50 % or more. Then they would a super diaper for overnight or travel usage.I will buy again, and have referred them to a few friends.

Title: Great for people who have but urinary and bowel incontinence.
Review: I have full incontinence where 98% of the time I have no feeling of needing to urinate or have a bowel movement and the 2% of the time I do recognize the sensation I don’t make it in time. These are so far the only Briefs I have found that don’t leak. I found found some in the past of but those I can wet more than once but if they are wet them and then I have a bowel movement in them they leak. If you are unable to tell right away that you have gone I highly recommend these they have good odor control but fit in a way that I feel them sag to help me tell when I need to change. I used to have to always carry extra shorts with me for when I leak and with these I no longer need to.

Title: Pretty Good
Review: I bought these to use as a better alternative to adult pull-ups. The adult pull-ups were leaking too much; you can’t release a full bladder into them. I’ve used these Tena diapers once, and the absorbency difference was insane! I felt dry the whole time, and upon removing the diaper, the urine was completely solidified into a gel substance. Since I’ve never used tabbed diapers by myself, it was very hard to put it on the first time. After a quick YouTube search, (and a lot of creepy adult baby videos) I found a decent tutorial on how to diaper yourself. So, diapers are good, definitely worth the money, you get so many of them! Make sure you have adequate storage before buying these. The packs are big and hard to conceal, so if you’re trying to be discreet, under the bed in a box is probably the best option for storage.Update:I’ve used these about 15 times now, and they are garbage! I was totally mislead the first time I used them. These diapers rip really easily and don’t stay up. They’re definitely not made for the female form. They pinch and won’t fit around my hips, even though the size chart said I should get the medium. Plus, when I try to put the diaper on the tabs rip right off with the smallest amount of pulling. I think these are better for someone who is bedridden, rather than somebody who is active with heavy incontinence issues.

Review: Sizing is a little to the small side — if you are within a couple of inches of the larger measurement, size up. The quality is excellent, and this is the style and brand used in the hospitals locally as well. For the people who are saying these are not briefs — that is not the case. This product of protective underwear IS called briefs. Do not confuse it with how you might reference regular underclothing. If you are looking for the non-brief (i. e. non-tabbed or non-child-diaper style) incontinence garment, search for and find products that are referred to as “underwear” or as “pull-up” style. “Briefs” is the correct term for this type of medical grade product and its intended use. Some of the regular style also use the word “briefs” but you should always presume that “briefs” when referencing this type of item means something that an aide will put on a patient, not an item that a person will put on unaided.
