Title: Value far exceeds the cost.
Review: A $40 pocket sized digital microscope that works with my Android phone.I bought this for a couple reasons. Mainly to explore the world unseeable by the naked eye. This microscope is far more powerful than a typical Magnifying Glass or Loupe. And unlike when using a Loupe, your forehead and nose aren’t contacting what you’re looking at.For less than the price for a decent couple of steaks, I have a “new tool/toy” that has given me many hours of fun and study. Conversely, those steaks are gone in minutes. The caveat: some of things you may see in your piece of the world may make you want to vomit. Value is great.The picture quality is very good for the price. Certainly not as good as a dedicated camera, but it works within my tool/toy budget. The picture size isn’t especially large, but again, at the price..I have 3 similar toy/tool digital microscopes. This one thus far (in my limited experience) has the deepest depth of field. As such, focusing on 3D objects is much better! Especially when using hand held and not with the provided stand.The lights are bright enough so that using the scope hand held is possible. They are dimmable so your can achieve your best possible image. The software is pretty basic. But doesn’t really need to be to fancy.On to the big Super BAD issue. Sometimes the focusing ring is smooth and stays put. Other times it feels like a metal on metal pepper grinder and jumps from one focus point to another without warning. It likely has metal chips or burrs inside the microscope body and or on the treads.You will not see cells or bacterium with this.You can see the fang marks of a small spider bite clearly. Your hair, roots and follicles are very easy to see clearly. Your dog’s rough elbows are scary ugly magnified. TINY insects that share your near world can be grotesque. Don’t inspect your carpet unless you have an empty stomach.Bottom line. I’m really glad I bought this basic portable digital microscope! It has been allot of fun and very educational!!!

Title: Great Value Great Quality 10/10
Review: This has proven to be the best digital scope I’ve ever bought. It travels well. The photo and video capabilities are a game changer. Easy to use and all at a great cost. Definitely recommend.(I am a hair loss specialist. I’ve gone through far too many scopes because I’m clumsy. This scope can take being dropped multiple times and it’s very quick and easy to sanitize)

Review: Not the easiest thing to get working on an Android phone. Gave up on it & use it through the computer. It was for work anyway so it was a blessing in disguise since it won’t drain my phone battery..

Title: SOFTWARE CONTAINS A VIRUS — BEWARE!!!
Review: The link to the windows app they have you download for this IS MALWARE that has A FREAKING TROJAN VIRUS!! BEWARE!!!You don’t actually need the app to run it as Windows sees it as a generic “web cam”, and it functions as described. I haven’t checked to see if the device itself injected some sort of malware onto my computer but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Title: Easy to use, worth the money
Review: So far I’m pretty obsessed with this product. I had another microscope the black one that’s a little thicker, it was impossible to maneuver definitely didn’t get a clear of a picture and I love that I can just plug this one up to my phone and there it is! Definitely worth a few more bucks! The other one you had to wait for a complicated app to connect to your phone and it was a nightmare.
