How to make Thai soup?

This soup made by all healthy items specifically galangal (Asian ginger)helpful in inflammation and pain, also a good antioxidant. Plus the goodness of coconut milk and lemongrass and kaffir lime.
This recipe ingredients are Coconut milk –200 ml or 1 tetra pack, 1 litre water, Asian ginger 2piece cut into 6-8 pieces, Lemongrass stalks –6 pieces, 4-5 Chillies small, Kaffir lime leaves –6 to 8 pieces
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp and salt.

Method:
Mix all ingredients except lemon juice. And heat it together.
Boil this to get a good flavour of all the herbs. The Switch off the burner and add lemon juice.
