Review: My elderly father has recently had some health issues and I have been looking for some healthier options for him. I found this book and it is great!! I haven’t tried all of the recipes yet, but the ones I have tried have tasted great. The Mediterranean Herb Egg Cups are a great addition to breakfast time and are so easy! Each recipe has a great breakdown of the serving information like calories, carbs, protein, fat and fiber; all the important things I am looking for when trying to help my dad get everything he needs. I love that the recipes in this book are focused on supporting brain health and on top of that they are full of flavor. These recipes are easy to follow and I always enjoy a cookbook that has a picture with each recipe!! Highly recommend!

Review: After seeing some mental decline, I was searching for ideas to help my Grandad. When I started to learn more about the significance of nutrition on cognitive ability I turned to look for recipes and found this book. This book is super accessible and easy for my grandparents to use. They have discovered new foods as well as alternative ways of cooking their staples (brussel sprouts!). They are starting to regularly cook the bean and vegetable soup and the lemon and herb grilled chicken. We’ve also absorbed some of the recipes into our household too – the parfait goes down a treat.
