Title: This device is everything it claims – and well worth the money!
Review: I love this device. ALS has robbed me my voice and mobility (among all the other things) and if it were not for this device I would not be able to have visitors in my home and I could communicate with the outside world only via email (I don’t do texting and neither do any of my contacts). Bonus: I ran into a problem with my speaker for this unit – only because I misunderstood the Users Guide. I emailed their customer support on a Sunday because I had an urgent legal meeting the next day, and Samantha replied that Sunday (try that with most any other vender) and solved my problem very quickly and expertly. I can’t say enough good things about this device or about everyone I have dealt with there.
