Title: Dyslexic learners tool
Review: I bought this for my dyslexic child and so far so good. It’s able to read a variety of fonts and works well so far. We just got it set up and started, and she’s happy to be able to use it only on words she is unsure of. She’s 13 and we are struggling, so I’m really excited about this pen and her feeling able to read independently for the first time ❤️❤️

Title: Unit doesn’t work out of box and documentation doesn’t match.
Review: Defective out of box – won’t charge. USB-C plug loose in scanner. Manual seems to be for another model. Instruction on box says “Please soak the battery in water before use.” Battery is inside unit and can’t be removed, and why would a lithium-ion battery need to be soaked in water? Unit turns on, but menus don’t match manual. Wrong box and manual for scanner? Turned on and ran but no way to recharge. Seemed to work when scanning a line of English text. Requires being online for translation, but without proper instructions I couldn’t test. Don’t know if this is a random bad unit or they’re all bad, but the sloppy documentation and packaging is a warning sign. Returning this item and buying a more expensive one.
