Title: I Recommend This Item
Review: I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people’s reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased this set. It’s NOT because they are breaking or anything negative. It’s because they are so perfect and inexpensive that I find I rather buy more and scatter them around my home, than worry about carrying a pair with me at all times. Having just built a Workshop and a Garage, I decided to buy another set and put a pair of these in both those locations, hidden inside a drawer. I enjoy the fact that they come inside a protective bag, so I can hide them around my home and find them unscratched and clean when I do need them. There is ONE pair of the eight that I have, which has started getting loose around where the earpiece hinge is. I plan to just toss them in the trash and put one of these new pairs in it’s place. For the money I am not upset that it only last 8 years before wearing out. I highly recommend. Good luck.

Title: Great value for the price
Review: 4 pairs of readers, including sunglasses – a great value and much sturdier than the drugstore glasses. Also, it’s getting harder to find the skinny reader-style. I have perfect distance vision. The full size readers (from foster grant, peepers, etc.) distort my view to middle & long distance. These are perfect. Ordering more now!

Title: TRUVISION…been using these readers for almost a decade.
Review: These readers are my go toos. The TruVision lenses are not wierd like some others. I buy a pack of four, use them until I have lost them all or move up a magnifation. I am rough on glasses…an understatement. I have never had a pair of the Truvision readers break or have any issues with the hinges no matter how many times I drop them. I can’t remember having developed any scratches either. I use them, buy more and donate the ones I have left. Great product!

Title: Good value. Recommended. Sort of…
Review: I wrote a brief review giving the product a 5 star review.. initially. Please read both parts.Pt1.I was cautious about the purchase of these glasses. Thinking they were likely at a discount price because they were (possibly) flimsy and of poor quality. Yet, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. They are a good value and well worth the price. They come with a thin nylon sleeve for storage and the nylon is also used to clean the glass. It works well. If there is a fault it is in the fact that the storage container would be better if it was a little bit wider. The glasses fit in the nylon container…but it is a relatively tight fit.Pt2On second thought…after using these for a while… the construction materials are very acceptable but they sit crooked during use because they are not even. When I set the glasses on the table it is obvious that they are crooked and one earpiece sets on the table and the other earpiece is 3/8 inch above the table. They work fine but not so comfortable. Apparently lacking quality control.

Title: NO DISTORTION!
Review: I used to buy my reading glasses at Sams or Costco, but their quality has been deteriorating over the last 4-5 years. The last set of 3 that I bought, two of the glasses had lenses that had defects (small cracks) that I could see without any glasses on once I held them up to the light. I bought a different set here on Amazon and returned those as well because there was distortion in the lenses on the outer edges. I am so happy I was able to find these glasses, not only are the lenses flawless, the frames are a cute color (2 blue and 2 red) and are wide.
