Title: Good alternative to the social media craze
Review: Excellent arm trainer however the only gripe i have is that it hurts the forearms due to the bend of the outer arm placements when using the inside bars. Otherwise it still makes my chest pump after a set of 30 top, mid and bottoms. Considering the price of the one being marketed on social media, this is for sure a good middle ground. Functionally performs as expected and although it is a little wobbly now that ive used it for some time, daily. its still relatively sturdy,

Review: Overall it seems to be a good workout for my chest, but even with the bend on the ends it still hurts my forearm where the end sets on. I have to put extra padding on the ends to help with the discomfort.
