Title: Cheap quality
Review: Ordered this for my grandma to use in a nursing home, and when the phone rings and you go to answer it it’s maybe 50/50 if picking the phone up off the receiver will answer it. Most of the time when you “answer” the phone will keep ringing. You then have to push the speaker phone button to answer, and it doesn’t put the phone on speaker phone. It was easy enough for me to figure out but for my grandma who’s elderly and this phone is designed for, it’s not user friendly. I would not recommend this phone.

Title: This phone completely stop working after 3 weeks, no sound or anything.
Review: The phone has no dial tone, volume, no sound. The quality is horrible. Stopped working after only 3 weeks. I purchased it for my dad because he’s losing his hearing. Worry decision ever.

Title: Does not require electricity
Review: This phone is lightweight and has large, easy to read push buttons. My only minor complaint is that it is slightly tricky to hangup. I have found the receiver off-hook after ending a call. However, because this phone requires no electricity other that that from the phone line itself, it is handy to have during power outages.

Title: Poor sound
Review: Bought this for a remote location I work at. Speaker volume is so low you can not hear the other person. I checked all setting nothing improved. With this being big button for Seniors you would think the volume would also be louder.
