It’s convenient and easy to use / assemble, takes up little room, and has 6 easy exercises you can do to help build upper-body strength. I would say it’s for beginners and won’t replace real gym equipment if you get into working out, but for me who’s just trying to stay active and building a little strength I’m loving it.
