Title: Wow really nice audio
Review: I have fairly severe hearing loss, 80% right ear 60% left ear with the right ear having a tympanic replacement last winter. I had been using cheap $25 amplifiers because I can’t afford higher end audiologist office quality hearing aids and figured I would try out some new mid-priced amplifiers to see if there was a difference. I tried another brand before this one at the same approx. price point and they were defective out of the box. So, I ordered these.First impressions after a 12 hour charge is that they paired easily when turned on. I was easily able to slightly raise the volume in the more damaged ear and the audio quality on the pair is really nice. The sound is much more crystal clear with significantly less background noise, hum and fuzz as the last amplifiers. The pairing creates a much nicer binaural sound where I can now evenly hear so much better out of both ears with minimal tweaking. So far, I love them.

Title: Better than expected
Review: Very happy with my purchase. Sound is very clear and very easy set up the only complaint I have is the charging case is very hard to open. If you have arthritis or some other condition affecting the use of your hands and don’t have someone to help, you may want to skip these. I was fortunate to have someone to help me open it, The issue is they don’t sync playing musix is a bummer as the sound only come from one sideotherwise I recommend these if OTC, over the counter, will help you. I must mention I have a severe hearing loss in my right ear and these work great. Charging case doesn’t work and only 1 charging cable was included for the charging case. One of the devices stopped working after 2 weeks.

Title: If you use the Bluetooth, expect only 12 hours use before recharging.
Review: What do I like about them?* The Bluetooth connects to my PC so I can listen to videos, music, and game sounds.* If nothing is playing on the PC, they switch to working as hearing aids.* The sound quality is good, so I can enjoy music again. I think that has a lot to do with the speaker being in your ear and not distorted by a thin tube.* You have a choice of several shapes and sizes of ear plugs.* Good at reducing noiseWhat do I not like about them?* Not more than 12 hours of use before requiring to be recharged. A person really needs at least 16 hours.* The volume wheel. I would prefer a stepped rocker switch for volume up and down.* The power switch is used twice a day, while the other settings might not be used for days. The power switch, or better yet, a button, should be at the top of the hearing aid and easy to reach. Where it is now i cumbersome.* It’s really hard to seat and remove the hearing aids from the charger. It’s really tight. Using magnetic contact points for charging at the bottom of the hearing aids would make them perfect.

Title: Didn’t take long to decide on rating
Review: Set of two behind-the-ear hearing aids. Package comes with the hearing aids, a charging case, two USB cords (one connects to the charging base, the other directly to a hearing aid), two small bags of accessories and a small “operation guide”. Problem #1 – My first concern upon opening the charging case was determining which aid went in which ear – they’re not marked in any way and the “in-the-ear” pieces don’t give any clue. Looking at the product information page I noted that in one of the photos the microphone appeared to be on the head side of the hearing aid so that’s what I tried at first. It didn’t really make sense that the microphone would be on the inside but so be it. I tried ’em that way and the other way and it didn’t seem to make any difference. Problem #2 came when I couldn’t control the feedback. I turned the volume controls on both hearing aids to their lowest levels but still got feedback along with a constant buzzing sound (I did try different tips without any luck. Tried listening to some favorite music but was greatly disappointed. Problem #3 was with the design of the hearing aids. I don’t know if I have an exceptionally long distance between the back of my ears and my ear canals but the hearing aids rode very high behind my ears and tended to just flop out. When I asked my wife how they looked, she responded “they’re very pronounced”. I think she was trying to be kind. Problem #4 was the charging case. Took me a second to figure out how to open it but once I did it was difficult to pull one of the hearing aids out of its charging dock. And the instructions talk about steady/flashing green lights on the charging case – note to vendor: the lights are blue not green (and just vice versa for the hearing aids themselves). I’ve read some other reviews that are quite positive and I’m happy that some others are satisfied but I’m not. Not recommended.
