Title: They are difficult to take apart for mounting, this requires a little thought.
Review: I cannot figure out what all if the complaints are on these lights. They have a video and it tells you how to do the knockouts, wiring,etc. Yes there isn’t a lot of space inside but they do not require wire nuts. And, the mounting screws are not really hard to deal with but they do require you to drill a pilot hole – pretty basic handyman skill. The three levels of color work well and on the brightest white setting it lights up the counter very well. IThey are very sturdy and well built. My only complaint is they aren’t happy with being dimmed. But I researched this issue and my switches are old and not made for LED light – I ordered the correct ones.

Title: Very Good and Functional Under-Cabinet Lights
Review: These under-cabinet lights worked very well. The colors seemed accurate and the brightness was just right. Some of the instructions were not clear on disassembly and re-assembly but it can be figured out. I liked the way they looked. They do get warm with extended use but not hot. You do have to provide the wiring from unit to unit and to your electrical connection box. I would purchase again and I have recommended to a friend.4CertainLittle Rock, AR

Title: Great light, some installation design issues.
Review: This is actually a 4.5 star review. Light works fine but there’s a design issue that makes installation somewhat challenging. The design is a light strip mounted in a frame. To install you remove the light strip from the frame. This is done by pushing the light strip to the back of the frame, away from a series of tabs distributed along the front of the frame. The front edge of the light strip slips under these tabs. You attach the frame to the underside of the cabinet, using keyhole openings for screws. This is done by putting in the screws, slipping the keyholes over the screws, pulling the frame forward (so the screws are out of the large part of the keyhole opening), and tightening the screws. After wiring the light strip, you install it in the frame by pushing the light strip under the tabs. The design issue is when you push the light strip (to the back of the frame) to get clearance to fit under the tabs, you will likely end up sliding the frame so the screws come out of the keyhole openings, which are at the front of the keyhole slot. This means you have to undo any tabs you’ve completed, remove the light strip, reposition the frame, retighten the screws, and try again. The design fix is to reverse the keyhole openings so the frame slides backwards, not frontwards, to lock into place. This happened to me a couple of times while installing 2 lights (36″ and 18″).

Title: An awesome kitchen upgrade from bulky, old fluorescent fixtures!
Review: 100% satisfied!I purchased two 18-inch, one 24-inch, and one 48-inch to redo our under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen. Then I sat on these for several months debating over I would install or whether I would hire someone to install. Eventually, having some amateur home electrical experience, I decided to give it a try myself. The hardest part ended up being the removal of the old fluorescent tube lighting. The other challenge was when I had a different wiring setup than I had used before, but a little online research helped me figure out and correctly connect the multiple wires which were different than I had previously dealt with in installing things light switches and sockets.We love how these lights improved our under-cabinet lighting – super bright. The different color temperature settings are great, having power switches on each light is convenient. Unlike the fluorescents, which were “all or nothing” when the wall switch was turned on, now we can keep the lesser used counter areas off, and just switch them on when we need them.The lights have been functioning fine since I installed them in January. Wanted to give them a thumbs up review as I just looked them back up because I wanted to get the same brand of LED lighting for illumination at a computer desk project I am working on.Thank you, Ultra Pro!

Title: Fairly easy installation
Review: Installing was a piece of cake – with a few challenges along the way. I recommend watching the video provided on this product before attempting to install. Watch it a few times, in fact. There is no actual light bulb with this. But the fixture offers three different lighting ranges and one of them will probably be the one you’re looking for. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Review: Great lights, I just installed 5 sets of them – 48″, 36″ x 3 and 24″. I bought these because1 – direct wire (120v) to replace my fluorescent lights.2 – dimmable using a separate switchA lot of the LED light kits that I looked at on Amazon were not direct wire to 120v. rather, they came with their own power adapter. Many of these are not dimmable, and the ones that are use their own dimming switch. I wanted to use the existing in-wall switch so I can dim and turn them all on at the same time.These were more expensive that many of the other kits, but none of the other kits matched my requirements.I’m not sure that all the complaints about the complicated installation are warranted. I suppose it often comes down to how much of a do-it-yourselfer you are. And, like everything, having the proper tools helps a lot! IE – fast clamps that hold the lights in place while you drill the holes to mount them. If you stagger the push in connectors (marrettes are NOT needed), there’s plenty of room in the enclosure. Using a few extra zip ties also helps a lot for basic cable management.The first one took longer than the others, but after that they were very simple to install once you get on a roll.Would definitely recommend and buy again!
