Title: Simple, Wireless Under-Cabinet Lighting That Made a Real Difference
Review: I was once called out to give an estimate for a small job at the home of an elderly, retired woman who lived alone. Her kitchen was tiny, but for some reason the light switch had been installed on the opposite side of the room from the entrance. She wanted a way to safely navigate the kitchen at night without stubbing her toe.One of the solutions I suggested was under-cabinet lighting. I worked up a proper wired solution and gave her an estimate of about $500 including labor and materials. It was clearly outside her budget, but she was incredibly kind and we parted ways on good terms.Fast forward a few months, I was browsing Amazon and came across these rechargeable under-cabinet light bars. A 3-pack, surprisingly bright, fully dimmable, and with selectable color temperatures: Warm White (2700K), Natural White (4000K), Daylight / Bright White (6000K).And the best part? They’re rechargeable… No wiring required!Immediately, I thought of the lady I had met several months back. The electrical portion of the original quote was the bulk of the cost, easily $350–$400. Without even calling her first, I ordered the lights with next-day delivery.The following day, I called her, reminded her who I was, and told her I had a solution that would cost no more than $100 total. She agreed, and we scheduled an appointment that afternoon. By the time I arrived, the lights had already been delivered. She was a bit surprised seeing as we had just spoken a few hours prior. Installation took less than 15 minutes, including walking her through how to recharge them.She was absolutely thrilled, so much so that she gave me a big hug. I charged her $50. Before I left, she handed me a sealed envelope. I never count money in front of a client, so I tucked it away and went home.When I opened it later, I was shocked — she had paid me $200 for a 15-minute job. Since then, she’s referred two additional clients, both of which turned into fairly large projects.All of that from a simple set of lights.These bars provide plenty of usable light, are easy to adjust to the perfect brightness and color temperature, and the rechargeable, no-wiring design makes them ideal for seniors, renters, or anyone who wants a clean, fast solution without calling an electrician.Just goes to show… a simple, effective, quality product can make a huge impact and is always appreciated.

Title: Great under cabinet light bars
Review: I bought these lights to use in my kitchen under the cabinets. I have previously used white Christmas lights under my cabinets to give off a nice amount of light when the overhead light is too bright but they start to burn out so fast. I don’t like bright lights all the time so I use the lights often.These under cabinet lights came with everything you need to install the lights and use them. In the package there were 3 light bars, 3 chargers, and the mounting brackets that are magnetic and they stick the surface you want to mount them too while magnetically sticking to the light bars.The light bars come with 3 different light settings which is nice to be able to pick different types of light. The light bars also come with 2 different setting options for either keeping the light on constantly or there is a setting for the motion sensor to turn them on.The light bars were very easy to install. I charged them all up fully before I installed them. Once I had them all charged up, I took the magnetic mount straps and magnatized them to the light bar in the position I wanted them. After the mount straps were in the position I wanted them, I took the the backing off the sticky mount and stuck the bars under the cabinet where I wanted them. I used a lot of pressure to stick them under the cabinet and once they were mounted, I took the light bars off the magnetic mount strips so they can set in place before officially using them.They lights are awesome and they work perfectly. I have them on the motion sensor setting and every time that anyone walks by the lights they turn on and stay on for a decent amount of time. The cost of these light bars was cheap for how great of a product they are.

Title: Decent low-cost temporary solution, needs more battery life for less recharging
Review: These are a bit smaller than I expected them to be along the width. It’s essentially 1 LED strip. I’ve been using them for some extra light under a counter and they work fine for that generally. They’ve got 3 light modes, bright, soft, white light. It’s not a whole lot of light, but it’s enough to see your coffee maker. These would be great for inside a closet or under the sink,.However, the battery life is not good for a higher traffic area as I wind up recharging them frequently. It’s a low-cost temporary solution for what I’m using it for, but if you needed it for a closet or just to ‘get your bearings’ when you come inside it would be a great use for that. The light doesn’t stay on as long as you’d expect it to if you have it set on Auto to detect you, so it tends to flash on and off a couple of times while I’m making coffee.The motion detection is effective, for me it’s about 7 feet away and the lights trigger.They attack vis some magnets you can stick to the underside of where ever you need them.Overall, they’re okay. I wish the battery would stay charged longer. But, it’s probably not the best solution for under-cabinet lighting on a long-term basis.
