Title: Does what it should. Simple and effective
Review: I replaced an aging Paperwhite with a regular Kindle (I like the smaller form factor) and decided I didn’t want the added weight and bulk of a cover that clips on to the Kindle. But I need something to protect it when I’m carrying it about especially if it is in a backpack or a bag. While the case isn’t the exact same color as the Kindle it is pretty close and it serves its purpose admirably. The flap is just a flap, it doesn’t have a magnetic closure or anything like that. You can secure it by tucking it in, but I generally don’t. The Kindle fits fairly snugly so unless you held the case upside down and shook it the kindle wouldn’t come out even without the flap tucked in.It protects the Kindle when it needs to, and when I’m reading I am only holding the Kindle without anything else getting in the way. That does mean though that you have to use the button to turn the Kindle on and off, but the smaller weight/size vs close to sleep is a trade off that works for me.I am also pleased I selected the regular Kindle, but that will be for a different review.

Title: Lightweight, Sleek, Works Well
Review: This protects my Kindle without adding too much weight or bulk. The flap to secure the device is a little fiddly, so I don’t tuck it in often.Overall, this does the job. I’m happy with it.

Title: Good fit and lovely color
Review: Bought this to prevent scratching. I use a page turner with my clicker and the clicker doesn’t work with most covers. This does the job. It’s durable, soft, small and light weight but effective at preventing scratches. Snug fit but easy to get in and out. I doubt this would work if you have a cover though. Most likely would need to remove it. Good value.

Title: Super covenient case for Kindle
Review: This case is so nice – much nicer than I had anticipated! It’s synthetic leather, but you’d never know it. It’s very soft and pliable and feels very luxe. I like the envelope style of this case, which has no zippers or snaps but still stays securely closed in a bag, etc. A great deal for something that seems like it should be much more expensive.

Title: Won’t Close if you use another Case
Review: I bought the new 2024 basic Kindle for Christmas and wanted the clear case to keep it safe. I also wanted a sleeve to protect the screen when I put the Kindle in my purse (I don’t like the screen protectors). This sleeve fits the new Kindle with the clear cover well but it won’t stay closed. I added a Velcro patch and it’s now perfect.

Thus, unless you tuck it in, stays “open”.Dust is visible on this sleeve (i.e. if you place it on a dusty table top, for example, it sticks to the sleeve)
