Title: Lack of Customer Service
Review: The tablet itself is fine, for the cost. The battery doesn’t last as long as one would like, especially for a kids tablet playing videos and games on it. However, I do like that I can use my Family Link app to control it and I can add most apps that I wish to.The customer service for this company is impossible to contact. The charging port stopped working properly within a month and I have emailed, filled out a warranty claim online, and have yet to be able to get a response. We are now no longer able to even use the tablet, as we can’t charge it.

Title: Enjoyable tablet
Review: It came in perfect condition. Nice in size. The case is decent it doesn’t really hold the tablet upright it falls backwards I have to lean it against something but overall it’s okay. The only iusse I have I don’t know if it’s the case but the volume can be all the way up and we can barely hear a movie.

Title: Issues right away
Review: Had this just a couple of months and it started having issues. My son would be in an app and it would either lock up and we would have to restart the tablet or the app would randomly close.
