Title: Solved the problem!
Review: I have tried every kind of phone for my hard of hearing mother who is 95. This by far is the one that has helped the most. She loves the pictures for the speed dials, which are very easy to set up. She can actually hear through this phone, and it is very simple for her to use. I highly recommend.

Title: Easy to use
Review: Love this phone for seniors. My mom just identifies the person she wants to call and hits the button. Buttons are big and easy to see. I think the only downside is the number of rings. As a senior may not be able to get to the phone quickly, so 3-5 rings is not enough. I’d say up to 20 would be a nice maximum.

Title: Just what the elderly needs to communicate.
Review: Bought this product for my elderly family member and she likes the loud ringer and large easy to red buttons. Very straight forward to install. The sound quality on the other end is excellent. This product allows my family to communicate clearly with her when she calls.

Title: Non functional
Review: Nether the speaker button nor the number storage buttons work. What’s worse, the sound is very spotty — the phone goes in and out of being really quiet and inaudible.

Title: Great item for elderly people.
Review: This phone was purchased for our 95-year-old aunt. The ring is very loud for her to hear and the numbers are great.

Title: Functional for an elderly person
Review: Bought this for my elderly mother-in-law, who was having trouble using her cell phone. It has enabled her to call again. The sound quality is not perfect, but it works. The presets with photos are good for her.

Title: Great phone for seniors with beginnings of dementia
Review: This was a perfect phone for my 95 year old step-mother. I did not put photos in the slots, but names. She’s still okay with that. What really helped is how easy it is for her to call someone now – lift the receiver and push the name! And, yes, it needed to be that easy. I’m glad she is now able to easily call those she needs to reach.

Review: I ordered this phone for use by a hard of hearing family member who also has sight and memory issues. The phone is quite lightweight, which although doesn’t feel as high quality as some devices, does make it easy to handle and move around. The main plus point for this phone is the huge buttons and the option to be able to allocate a telephone number and photo to each. However, I found it difficult to remove the stock photos. Also, its not a particularly easy feat to source photos of the correct size to replace them. I’m concerned that leaving the stock photos in place could lead to further confusion for some users. On the back of the phone there are options to change the ringer volume to either off, to low or high, the handset volume to medium, high or very high. We’ve set these to high and very high respectively which were suitable for our needs. The volume controls work well. You can also turn “one touch” mode (i.e. the move enabling you to set a telephone number to each button) on and “normal”. Normal mode enables you to type telephone numbers as normal. There’s also a bright red light that flashes when the phone is ringing, another useful feature for those who are hard of hearing. If you are able to source photos of the correct size and are able to replace them for the user, then this phone may well be for you. Given its reasonable price, I consider it to be good value for money.
