Title: Easy for elderly parent to use
Review: Very easy for my aging father to use. Was easy to set up. Has speaker and adjustable ring tone for hearing impaired and big bold numbers for sight impaired. Insert pictures of family members who are frequently called so no need for dad to remember our numbers.

Title: Perfect for the elderly!!
Review: My 98 yr old mom loves this product. Thanks for making the pictures with the autodial work with just a tap (instead of holding it down) !! Brilliant for old people! 🙂

Title: Solved the problem!
Review: I have tried every kind of phone for my hard of hearing mother who is 95. This by far is the one that has helped the most. She loves the pictures for the speed dials, which are very easy to set up. She can actually hear through this phone, and it is very simple for her to use. I highly recommend.

Title: Easy
Review: My mom has dementia and can’t use typical cordless handsets. Buttons are too small for her to see. I bought two of these in case of emergency. It was nice to get a call from her just asking when dinner was.

Title: Awful Phone
Review: This phone sucks! Can not set up voicemail! It will not store numbers in the preset buttons! Do not buy.

Title: Just what the elderly needs to communicate.
Review: Bought this product for my elderly family member and she likes the loud ringer and large easy to red buttons. Very straight forward to install. The sound quality on the other end is excellent. This product allows my family to communicate clearly with her when she calls.

Title: Quit ringing. Company offered refund.
Review: Update: the company contacted me and offered a refund without me asking. I’m updating my rating from two to three stars as a result.Purchased for my mother back in July of 2025. It’s November and the ringer has stopped working, which means this product functioned properly for barely four months.

Review: I ordered this phone for use by a hard of hearing family member who also has sight and memory issues. The phone is quite lightweight, which although doesn’t feel as high quality as some devices, does make it easy to handle and move around. The main plus point for this phone is the huge buttons and the option to be able to allocate a telephone number and photo to each. However, I found it difficult to remove the stock photos. Also, its not a particularly easy feat to source photos of the correct size to replace them. I’m concerned that leaving the stock photos in place could lead to further confusion for some users. On the back of the phone there are options to change the ringer volume to either off, to low or high, the handset volume to medium, high or very high. We’ve set these to high and very high respectively which were suitable for our needs. The volume controls work well. You can also turn “one touch” mode (i.e. the move enabling you to set a telephone number to each button) on and “normal”. Normal mode enables you to type telephone numbers as normal. There’s also a bright red light that flashes when the phone is ringing, another useful feature for those who are hard of hearing. If you are able to source photos of the correct size and are able to replace them for the user, then this phone may well be for you. Given its reasonable price, I consider it to be good value for money.
