Title: Buy these! Best readers I’ve come across.
Review: My eyes require using only hard contacts (even glasses and soft lenses are useless for long distance) due to conical kerataconus. Hard lenses mostly correct everything but reading. For reading i use 1.75 and 2.0 depending. These glasses are amazing. I can wear all the time. Driving and long distance, normal conversing, eating and reading are clear. Transitions between all everything nearly flawless. So much better than regular readers. The zero top correction makes this possible. People complain about the odd distortions and waviness which are noticable initially but you’ll get used to it quite quickly. Don’t know why people aren’t giving these 4 stars everytime but these are a life saver. Can’t be happier.

Title: Good readers. Distance is blurry
Review: I agree with other reviewers here that the reading power is excellent, but the “no prescription “ distance vision is a little blurry. There is also some “lens flare” in my vision with the glasses on. I see distance better without the glasses on. But for $15, I’d buy them again.

Title: DREAM COME TRUE!
Review: I’ve searched and $$ for years to find lenses with no correction at all on top half and strong magnification (4+) on bottom WITH NO UGLY BIFOCAL LINE. Well, V.W.E. progressive DID IT!! I LOVE these! They are just what I’ve been searching for! (Waiting for a women’s XXL lens/frame design to become available.) Lightweight+, fit+, price+, clear+, perfect+!

Title: No magnification and blurry lenses. Avoid!
Review: Complete garbage. There is no discernable magnification in the lower section that is supposed to be 1.75x. Instead, there is only a very thin strip across the lower part of each lens that is not blurry, but blurry above and below it, then clear again in the top half or so. I have several standard readers at various magnifications and it’s easy to compare and see that there’s no magnification in these. Zero stars.

Title: Really cheap build but actually work, terrible at night
Review: TLDR: Functional replacement overall but extremely cheap materials, some optical clarity issues, terrible at night.I had scratched the lens of my $300+ progressive glasses and was just tired of paying so much, I also never really liked them because I felt the transition area in the middle was too high and interfered with my distance vision which is 20/20. Really all I have is presbyopia where I need them for reading only.As soon as I opened these up I thought man they are super cheap feeling. It’s that really hollow feeling plastic, the arm hinges don’t have any sort of stress relief, they creak and make noise when you open and close them, one of the lenses pops when the glasses are slightly flexed. But you know what, functionally they do the job and do the job better than my $300 progressives.Near vision: Perfect near vision such as reading and looking at my smartphone. No difference compared to my $300 progressives.Intermediate vision: Very good vision, placed a little bit lower than my progressives but in a better spot as I don’t want that to get in the way of driving and distance vision. There is a little bit of shimmer and waviness but it’s very faint, my progressives are just a tiny bit more clear but really nothing I couldn’t get used to. I also noted that in near and intermediate vision the magnification drops off sooner when turning my head to the left or right, I’m ok with this as it gives me more peripheral vision but you do have to “aim” your sight a bit more when on a computer.Distance vision: Very good, much better than my $300 progressives because the intermediate zone is a bit lower giving me more distance vision. I saw some reviews noting this wasn’t 0% at the top, there does seem to be a tiny bit of magnification at the top and I can note a very tiny bit of blurriness which honestly isn’t noticeable day to day unless I really focus. This is the same as my $300 progressives which have the same tiny bit of blurriness and magnification at the top, but have a little bit better optical quality (again there is a tiny bit of waviness to these even at the top). Again, I’m 20/20 so my prescription is zero, I only have an “add” prescription for reading. I’m not sure if any progressive glasses truly have 0% at the top.Fit: These actually fit quite nicely. I have a fairly large male head. These are pretty large but look fashionable, the larger size is a plus because you have more vision without seeing the frames. They balance very well on the nose and ears for being as cheap as they are. However, over a few hours they became a bit uncomfortable behind the ears.Materials: Think the absolute cheapest plastic and hinges you can. The lenses don’t have any sort of coating on them so they grease up very quickly. There is no blue light coating, but most recent studies put a serious doubt on the whole blue light thing. No glare/reflective coating or scratch resistance.Night time: Terrible, glare is fairly bad with taillights and headlights, when brakes go on the glare is much worse. Bad glare from sodium phosphate lights as well. Even worse they have terrible reflections, any light, like every single headlight and taillight, in front of you will be reflected in the upper lens. I even found some reflections from my computer with bright text on black background.Final: Man, if these guys supplied a nicer frame, put an oleo-phobic and glare coating on the lenses, and maybe upped the optical clarity, I would have no issue paying $100 for them as they would far surpass my $300 progressives. But at $15 I can literally buy 20 of these for the same price and scatter them all around my life, and if they break or scratch then I don’t have to worry about another $300 and a trip to my optometrist. Just don’t use them for night driving.

Title: Two glasses in package different frames
Review: Did not notice it was two pairs versus one and neither of them looks anything like the picture. 100% plastic versus the metal looking frames above and no tortoiseshell in either of them

Title: Reading glasses
Review: These glasses work will for me. I love the fact that the top half is clear and the bottom is readers. I don’t have to take them off when I want to see the tv.
